| Abstract | A method of making an oral composition with a reduced tendency to discolour upon storage and upon exposure to air, comprising mixing from 0.05% to 5% by weight of vitamin C or a salt or an ester thereof, and from 1 ppm to 1000 ppm, calculated as copper, of a copper-ions releasing copper compound and inccorporating the mixture into an orally acceptabler medium, characterised by adding from 0.01% to 10% by weight of a stannous-ions releasing stannous compound. |
