DISPENSING ATTACHMENT FOR COLLAPSIBLE TUBES.

Abstract

The invention proposes replaceable attachments for collapsible, tubes to dispense the product ribbon of desired ercaesectional shape and size. It eliminates the limitation of existing collapsible tube, namely, the fixed shape end size of tis dispensing bole* The attachment consists of a hollow stepped tabular member (d) with internal threads in its wide end end external threads on its narrow end to match correponding threads on the _ collapsible tube (a) and its cap (g) respectively. In one embodiment of the attachment sn internal collar in its narrow end baring a constricted opening (f) of desired shape and size produces correspondingly profiled product ribbon. In the second eaDodioent a replaceable ^inserx t") with an outer flange at one end and on internal collar at the other end fits inside the narrow end of the attachment* A constricted opening (l) of desired shape and size in the collar produces correspondingly shaped product ribbon. In the third embodiment the , hollow stepped tubular member has one or aore axial stems (j) inside Its narrow end opening Joined to it "by radial ribs (k). The crosesectional profiles of the opening end the axial stem/s together produce correspondingly shaped hollow crPJsseeotional product ribbon.
