Full Text The present invention relates to a toilet seat cover used as a hygienic and disease preventing disposable device for the European model closets, Combination closets and wallvit pan model closets.
In public toilets, hotels, lodges, trains, hospitals and wherever European and wallvit pan model closets are used, one has to sit on the same seat others had used. Even though it is loathsome and unhygienic there is no other alternative. This may lead to a chance of getting infectious diseases such as skin diseases, venereal diseases and even AIDS. This invention relates to a device which prevents and protects from such diseases.
This simple cheap and disposable device which is very easy for installation, gives adequate protection from all above problems,
This kind of protector toilet seat cover generally made of materials like paper, Cellulose, Cotton, Rayon, Plastic or thin metallic foils or combination of materials like plastic coated paper or metallic coated paper. Generally biodegradable material like paper is preferred.
This protector toilet seat cover is placed over the toilet seat in order to avoid direct contact of the anatomy of the user w/ith the toilet seat or to the back of the toilet lid and thereby prevent the chance of getting any diseases described earlier.
The size, shape and design of the protector toilet seat cover make it suitable for most of the normally used closet seats.

Referring to Fig 1 and 2 the seat cover is a oval shaped centrally hollowed sheet (S) with a cup like catch (C1) at the anterior end to retain the oval shaped seat in position. The inner circle of the sheet is slightly folded inside (F) it is slightly longer at the front anterior end (L) the outer circle (0) of the seat is folded down and almost encircle it except the posterior end where it is joined at a point (P) by an oval shaped sheet (B) meant as a cover for the toilet lid. The sheet "B" has a catch at the tip (C2) this to retain the sheet (B) in position.
The back cover (B) when not needed can be torn apart from the point (P). Claims. Some advantageous features of the invention are>
I. Disease preventing hygienic toilet seat cover is for a single use. to be placed over the seat of the toilet and is provided with a catch at the anterior end.
II. The inside and outside ends of the seat cover has folded in order to prevent body contact.

III. The front part of the inner circular fold is longer to give more protection.
IV. A cover for the back lid with a catch is provided to prevent back of the body contact.
The present invention is, of course, in no way restricted to the specific disclosure of the specification and drawings, but also encompasses any modifications within the scope of the appended claims.
The terms and expressions in this specification are of description and not of limitation there being no intention in the use of such terms and expressions of excluding any equivalents of the feature illustrated and described, but it is understood that various other embodiments of the cover proposed here in are
possible without departing from the scope and ambit of this invention.


We Claim
1. A toilet seat cover for European model closets, wallvit pan model clos¬
ets and the like. The toilet seat cover comprises of an oval shaped centrally
hollowed sheet (S). It is having a cup like catch (CI) at its anterior end. The
inner circle of the toilet sheet (S) being sUghtly folded inside (¥) and the
anterior end (L) is sUghtly longer. The outer circle of the toilet seat is folded
down (O) all around except at the posterior end where it is joined by sheet (B).
The toilet seat cover is made up of biodegradable materials like paper,
cellulose or cotton. The centrally hollowed toilet seat (S) and the oval shaped
sheet (B) can be detachable at a point (P). The sheet (B) has a catch cup like
catch at the top end (C2) to retain the sheet (B) in position.
2. The toilet seat cover as claimed in any preceding claims, where in the
seat cover is disposable after single use.
