Abstract

A process for the preparation of herbal drug for treatment of AIDS comprising the following steps, a) collecting the Sagganami(Kasa ) herb leaves/stem /roots parts grinded to get fine powder , mixed with water /organic solvent follwed by filtration to get an extraction, b) collecting proportionately a Balaji (Imaggas ) herb parts including roots grinded to make a powder mixing it with water /organic solvent, followed by filtration to obtain a clear solution c) collecting proportionately Sakka(Jalab) herb parts including roots dried and allowed to make fine powder, mixed it with water/organic solvent , followed by Alteration until to obtain a clear solution,

Indian National i he foiiowing specification particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed. Granted 8 SEP 2004 Title :- A pharmaceutical herbal preparation for treatment of aids. Field of the invention :- This invention relates a pharmaceutical herbal preparation for the treatment of aids, which is a sever disease in the world. Back ground / prior art :- Herbal medicines or herbal drugs are of ancient origin and their uses are known in cultures throughout the world. The Chinese herbal medicine is among the earliest known for the formulation of herbal treatment, where as in India scripts describing the healing process of herbs, which has been formed as an herbal medicine which reflects the empirical growth of herbalism as different natural products were found useful in treating human or animal ailments. Therefore no prior public literature is known for an herbal preparation for treatment of AIDS, which cures 100 % which is alarmingly spreading throughout the world. Objects :- The of the present invention is to propose a novel herbal preparation for the treatment of AIDS, Another object of the present invention is to propose an ayurvedic preparation, which is actively enhance herbal drug activity without creation of adverse side effects in the patient. Further object of the present invention is to provide different herbal combinations to treat AIDS with improved speed of results, without adverse effect, Further more important object of the present invention is provided with a fruitful result to treat AIDS, for which no synthetic or natural drugs are available. Description of the invention, According to present invention, there is provided a process for the preparation of herbal composition for treatment of aids comprising in the steps of, collecting sagganami scientific name Kara leaves and stems of plant including roots proportionately mixed together, grinded to obtain a fine powder mixing it using water /organic solvent under constant stirring after stirring filter the solution and the resultant extraction is ready to mix with Co-herbs extractants, Further collecting Balaji scientific name Imaggas herb, leaves and stem including roots in proportionate quantity of root to leave and stem mixed together .Grinded all the parts to make a powder form with adding water /organic solvent, followed by filtration. The resultant filtrate is ready to mix with Co-herbs extraction. Further collecting the Sakka scientific name Jalab herb parts proportionately root stem, leaves dried and grinded to make fine a fine powder and filtered using water /organic solvent , the resultant slurry allowed to filter , and the extractant is ready to mix with co - herb extractants, The above three herbs extraction is mixed proportionately in the ration of 1:2:1 would form the herbal composition, which is ready for administration dose for the treatment of AIDS. A process as claimed in claim 1, wherein all three herb extractants are mixed proportionately in 1:2:1 ratio, 3.
