HYDRAULIC REVERSIBLE PLOUGH
The invention relates to a reversible plough having a hydraulic turning cylinder engaging with the swivel and the plough turret and having pivotal device for raising the plough frame end. The conventional system of plough is operated manually by levers which gets clugged due to wet mud during ploughing and therefore it is difficult to turn the plough due to the heavy weight of the plough as well as insufficient force applied by the lever. Therefore, the objective of the ploughing system is defeated.
Further due to the undue vibrations/jurk the hydraulic linkage of the tractor is impaired and thereby frequent replacement of the link rod due to the wear and tear is inevitable. Thus maintenance cost increases. Therefore, the prior art device has became unsatisfactory . The inventor has carried out lot of alterations to overcome the above defects and come out with an improved reversible plough with hydraulic turning cylinder which obviateSthe aforesaid drawbacks.
The principle object of this inventor is therefore to provide a reversible plough having a hydraulic turning cylinder which can operate efficiently.

Still further object of this invention is to provide a reversible plough having a hydraulic turning cylinder which effectively plough the field with minimum maintenance thereby cost effective.
Accordingly there is provided a reversible plough comprising a plough head carrying hemessing means and a re'ar carriage carrying the movable parts wherein the plough head carries a fix ring inside which pivots a movable ring fixly connected to the rear carriage.
The invention will be now clear from the following description in Fig land 2 in the accompanying drawings.
Fig 1. is the perspective view of hydraulic reversible plough.
Fig 2. is the side view of hydraulic reversible plough
An improved reversible plough comprising a head stock 1 to be attached with a tractor by means of linkages 12, 13 and 14 wherein a double acting hydraulic cylinder 4 with hydraulic valve system 5 is connected to a shaft 3 roatably mounted inside a chassis^ the other end of the shaft is connected to the plough member 15 consisting of fixing two reversible plough member mounted diametrically opposite to each other on a framing 16 fixed to the rotating shaft 2;

two stopper 8 and 9 are positioned on either side of the hydraulic cylinder having tow swivel joints 6 and 7 so as to convert the vertical to and fro movement of the double acting cylinder into rotatary movement of the shaft thereby providing 180 movement of the reversible plough.
Description :
The invention relates to the direct coupled hydraulic reversible plough (tractor
drawn) comprising a head stock (1) which is coupled with a shaft rotating 180o
(3) with the chassis of the plough (2).
An actuating device i.e. a hydraulic double acting cylinder (4) and a valve (hydraulic) (5) for rotating the said rotating shaft (3) from one operation position at the stopper (8,9) to the other operative position at again (8,9). The cylinder (4) is attached at two swivels (6 and 7) are at the top of the head stock (6) and another (7) is integrated with the rotating shaft (3) by means of pins.
The plough 's head stock (1) which can be coupled with the linkages of tractor (12, 13, 14)and on which the plough frame (2) is mounted. The invention of hydraulically operated reversible plough overcomes the all disadvantages of the mechanical linkage or gravitically actuated conventional model of a reversible plough. And the advantages of hydraulic reversible plough are as follows

At working (ploughing) the wet mud or soil sticks on the furrows of the plough so in conventional plough which reversion depends upon the gravity actuation the
weigh of the furrows is unbalance so there is no reversion of plough this problem is eliminated in this plough due to the hydraulic cylinder pressure the problem is solved, (evenfthere is heavy mud on the furrow)

The conventional plough reversion ranges the tractor hydraulics of tractor and also the linkages (top link and bottom links) of tractor due to it's heavy jerk during reversion causes a breakage of tractor link but in hydraulic reversible plough due t o hydraulic cylinder the speed or the operation depends upon the operator anditdosen'tamageany hydraulic part of the tractor and it therefore reduces the cost of maintenance as well as plough of the tractor.
The new accessory i.e. the coulter is added to plough due to this there is no breakage of bottom and leg of the plough which are caused due to the stones and roots in the deep soil, (which are not visible) Which makes the plough less maintainable and repairable. The newly designed cross shaft there is no slipping or bending of cross shaft. Which is more often occurs in the conventional plough due to heavy torque/power of tractor.
The connecting conduits 10 and 11 is connected to the auxiliary valve of the tractor which works on the reciprooutory manner. The turning of the plough

180 °due to the movement of the hydraulic cylinder extension or retraction originated due to the oil intake and oil out take in the auxiliary valve of the tractor.
This is an embodiment of the invention several modifications are possible which may be considered within the ambit and spirit of this invention.

I CLAIM :
1. A hydraulic reversible plough comprising a head stock 1 to be attached with a tractor by means of linkages 12, 13 and 14 wherein a double acting hydraulic cylinder 4 with hydraulic valve system 5 is connected to a shaft 3 rotably mounted inside a chassis 2, the other end of the shaft is connected to the plough member 15 consisting of fixing two reversible plough member mounted diametrically opposite to each other on a framing 16 fixed to the rotating shaft 3; two stopper 8 and 9 are positioned on either side of the hydraulic cylinder having tow swivel joints 6 and 7 so as to convert the vertical to and fro movement of the double acting cylinder into rotatary movement of the shaft thereby providing 180 movement of the reversible plough.
2. A hydraulic reversible plough as claimed in Claim 1, wherein said hydraulic cylinder works automatically.
3. A hydraulic reversible plough as claimed in Claim 1, wherein said plough can be of any shape and size.
4. A hydraulic reversible plough as claimed in Claim 1, wherein said plough is made up of metal preferably alloy such as steel.

5. A hydraulic reversible plough as claimed in Claim 1 and as herein described in the accompanying drawings.
