Twin sheet locking joint system for puff filled product storing the food, milk and the drugs in safe condition for a long period of time. Top lid is fitted directly in the inner vessel to make it airtight. Inner vessel is totally open from the top, cleaning become very easy. Full Text | FORM-2 THE PATENTS ACT, 1970 (39 of 1970) COMPLETE SPECIFICATION (See section 10; rule 13) 1. "TWIN SHEET LOCKING JOINT SYSTEM FOR PUFF FILLED PRODUCTS." 2. (a) JAYCO MANUFACTURERS, a registered partnership firm at (b) Shed No.:51,C-l, AJI GIDC Industrial Estate-I, Rajkot-360003. Gujarat, India. (c) Indian Firm The following specification particularly describes the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed. The present invention relates to TWIN SHEET LOCKING JOINT FOR PUFF FILLED PRODUCTS. This invention relates to the field of the protection of food such as filled snakes, milk, drugs and the like. Protection of this type consists of a base, such as a casing or envelope made of puff to which a filling or top layer must be added. The filling operation must be performed which complies with the requirements laid down in the food act on food hygiene. These conditions relate to use correct raw materials, refrigeration for freezing, heating the foods to the right temperatures, storage, the cleaning of equipment etc. All these requirements are needed for maintaining 'he desired standards of hygiene. The object of the invention is to enable to carry out the manufacture of such products in more efficient manner, for complicate of the said requirements concerning hygiene. In the conventional puff filled product, top lid is not airtight as the inner vessel is hanged with the small height round pipe, top cover is kept loose on this and the puff material could not be provided on the lid due to this heat loss is there and these it's low efficient. The mouth of this vessel is very small so it becomes difficult to clean it and is not convenient to put thick food material. Inner vessel could not provide the big size puff product due to its small mouth opening. Small puff filled vessel with two inner vessels and outer vessel has limitation of heights so, it is not used by the hotels, canteen and caterers etc.. Water filter is not available in 2 puff filled product to clean the water and keep it cool and also this filter with two different metals i.e. inner vessel and outer vessel is not available. To overcome such limitations experienced by above twin sheet locking joint for puff filled products is invented. It has a unique design. The present invention is described with greater specific and clarity with reference to following drawings: Fig.l represents front section view of the twin sheet locking joints for puff filled products with lead cover. Fig.2 represents top section view of the twin sheet locking joints for puff filled products. Fig.3 represents front section view of the twin sheet locking joints for puff filled products without lead cover. Front section view of Twin sheet locking joint for puff filled product with lead cover is shown in fig.l wherein inner vessel (1) and outer vessel (2) are joined by bending the inner vessel in a 'Z' shape angle of different size and shape, then inner vessel is fixe*,! outer vessel (2) are made from the different metal and there is no limitation due to soldering properties. Both the vessel are jointed together so, that they lock very firmly. Bending makes the vessel stronger that helps the inner vessel to rest properly and bear the weight of the material filled inside vessel. Due to this the limitation of mpacity for the inner vessel is removed. Round and flat shaped seaming joints are provided on top of the vessels that help the outer vessel to bear jerks and protect the outer vessel to get damage. As lid is directly fitted deep inside and resting on the inner vessel it does not allow the inner liquid or food to stuff to come out of the vessel during shifting or traveling. Puff material (3) is filled up to the top surface of the inner vessel so it does not allow out side heat to pass or touch the inner vessel and the 'Z' shape developed in twin sheet locking joint system to give better strength for the both the inner and the outer vessel due to this 'Z' shape the vessel's strength at the edge becomes very high. An advantage of such twin sheet locking joint sys:: m for puff filled can be made up to require capacity. As this locking is sea mining both the inner and the outer vessel providing a deep holding beading on which the inner vessel is rest and this joint is strongly locked with each other no lead lining is required. Twin sheet locking joint for puff filled product is more hygienic and more in strength. In this twin sheet locking joint puff filled product top lid is fitted directly in the inner vessel hence it becomes airtight and the top cover is filled with puff material due to this 4 the heat loss is very less which increases it's efficiency. As the inner vessel is totally open from top so top cleaning becomes very easy and inner vessel can be kept easily for faster operation of severing food. Twin sheet locking joint system for puff filled products is made from inner vessel of copper and outer vessel of stainless steel. Most of the puffs filled products are made up from plastics because of it's limitation of recycling, in longer duration it will damages the environment. 5 We claim: 1. TWIN SHEET LOCKING JOINT SYSTEM FOR PUFF FILLED PRODUCTS consist inner vessel (1), outer vessel (2) and puff material (3) wherein puff material (3) filled between the inner vessel (1) and outer vessel(2) from top to bottom and inner & outer vessel are jointed by bending the inner vessel in "Z" shape angel of different size and shape fixing it with outer vessel on round bedding and locldng it from the top in flat shape seaming Joint. 2. TWIN SHEET LOCKING JOINT SYSTEM FOR PUFF FILLED PRODUCTS as claimed* in claim 1 wherein inner and outer vessel from different metal are joined together and locked with each other 3. TWIN SHEET LOCKING JOINT SYSTEM FOR PUFF FILLED PRODUCTS as claimed in claim 1 wherein round and flat shaped seaming joints are provided on top of the vessels. 4. TWIN SHEET LOCKING JOINT SYSTEM FOR PUFF FILLED PRODUCTS as claimed in claim 1 wherein lid is directly fitted inside and resting on the inner vessel (1). FINAL ACCEPTED 6 5.
