Full Text | FORM 2 THE PATENTS ACT, 1970 (39 of 1970) COMPLETE SPECIFICATION (See Section 10) AN IMPROVED. CPU HOLDER SUNIL KHUSHIRAM DEVNANI of 14, NEW INDIA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, OFF MAHAKALI CAVES ROAD, ANDHERI (E), MUMBAI - 400 093, MAHARASHTRA;, India, Indian National , AND ANIL KHUSHIRAM DEVNANI of 14. NEW INDIAN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, OFF MAHAKALI CAVES ROAD, ANDHERI (E), MUMBAI - 400 093, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA, INDIAN National, AN IMPROVED CPU HOLDER The invention relates to an Improved CPU Holder for fixing the holder at the under side of work station as a suspended slideable and rotateable brackets so as for easy working and maintenance of the central processing unit (CPU). The conventional CPU are placed on the table which consumes lot of work space and subsequently the CPU are kept at the bottom of the work station but in both the case the CPU has to be removed for maintenance and connecting other hardware devices which is complex and time consuming. The primary object of this invention is therefore to avoid such draw back by providing a CPU holder which is suspended under side of work station and at same time slideable so as to bring it outside the work station in the suspended condition and again which can be rotated on bracket itself. The further object of this invention is to provide an Improved CPU Holder which is rigidly connected & suspended under side of work station which is compacted and easy to manipulate with out any vibration shock. Still further object of the invention is to provide an Improved CPU Holder which is heigth & width adjustable for the range of CPU available in the market. Accordingly there is provided an improved CPU holder for fixing the holder at the under side, of work station comprising bracket having two slideable channels fixedly connected to two opposite ends of the mounting plate; said mounting plate is rotatabely mounted and slideable into the channel of two sliding brackets which are fixedly connected on under side of work station; said mounting plate at "centered on the bottom having elongated stand telescopically mounted with hollow piping on which a fastening mean are passing there through for fixing the inner adjustable stand member having tapered at the back center for fixing the stand at any desired position; said hollow piping from outside at the bottom is connected with two overlapping flange carrier plates for accommodating the CPU with adjustable by a slot & pin arrangement; said CPU is provided with two cushion members at its two ends for eliminating vibration shock. The invention will be now described with reference to figure 1 to 6 in the accompanying drawing. Figure 1 : is prespective view of the Improved CPU Holder Figure 2 : is elevation of the Improved CPU Holder Figure 3 : is sectional view of Improved CPU Holder Figure 4 : is the bottom view of Improved CPU Holder Figure 5 : is the top view of Improved CPU Holder Figure 6 : is the exploded view of Improved CPU Holder Referring to figure 1 to 6 an Improved CPU Holder (1) which is made from rigid metal or non-metal is fixed with under side of work station (2), an improved CPU holder (1) for fixing the holder at the under side of work station (2) comprising bracket (3) having two slideable channels fixedly connected to two opposite ends (4, 5) of the mounting plate (6) ; said mounting plate (6) is rotatabely mounted and slideable into the channel of two sliding brackets (8, 9) which are fixedly connected on under side of work station,-said mounting plate (6) at centered on the bottom having elongated stand (10) telescopically mounted with hollow piping (11) on which a fastening mean (12) are passing there through for fixing the inner adjustable stand member having tapered (13) at the back center for fixing the stand at any desired position; said hollow piping (11) from outside at the bottom (14) is connected with two overlapping flange carrier plates (15) for accommodating the CPU with adjustable by a slot & pin arrangement; said CPU is provided with two cushion members at its two ends for eliminating vibration shock. An improved CPU holder (1) the overlapping flange carrier plates (15) are slideable to adjust the width of CPU wherein the adjustment is made and fixed in a rigid position by two knobs provided at the bottom of slideable flange member. This is an embodiment of the invention. Several modifications are possible may be considered within the ambit and spirit of this invention. Since many modifications, variations and changes in detail may be made to the above described embodiments, it is intended that all matters described in the foregoing description as described in the accompanying specification. |
