AUTOMATIC PAPER COVERING MACHINE FOR COVERING WINDING WIRES OF TRANSFORMERS

Abstract

The present invention is "an Automatic Paper Covering Machine for Covering Winding Wires of Transformers" Which consists of:- A cylindrical shaft (1) in the vertical position. A thin roll of paper is loaded on a disc (7) on which there is a guide pin. Over the paper disc (6) a tension guide spring (4) is held by a collar (3) Two vertical shaft pins (13) connect the top disc (3) to the paper disc (6) Below the disc (7) there are a number of ball bearings (8) with the help of which disc (7)rotates around shaft.Now, under this disc (7),a Round panel box (9) is fitted. An ON/OFF switch (10) is provided outside the panel box which is connected to a 12 Volt DC motor (11) inside. This motor is connected to the two shaft pins (13) through a series of inside. This motor is connected to the two shaft pins (13) through a series of gears(12).
