DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to FIGS. 1 -9, a blood sampling device according to the first embodiment of the present invention can be inserted by a blood collection tube 8 for collecting blood, the blood sampling device comprises a barrel 10, a control part 20, a needle set 30, and an ejecting set 40. The barrel 10 has a cylindrical body 11 defining a longitudinally extended receiving hole 12, a needle receiving opening 13 and a tube receiving opening 14 formed on each side of the receiving hole 12, a first position portion 15 and a second position portion 16 being formed inside the receiving hole 12, a sliding portion 17, a stop portion 18, and a spring bias portion 19. The control part 20 has a sliding portion 21 slidably inserted in the sliding portion 17 of the barrel 10, a finger pressing portion 22, an engage hole 23 which formed by a first hole 231 and a second hole 232 and for lock and release the needle set 30, a conical stop flange 233 formed outwardly on the peripheral of the second hole 232, a spring bias portion 24, an ending stop 25 for stopped by the stop portion 18 of the barrel 10, a spring 29 which is a compression spring and fit on the spring bias portion 24 and to spring the spring bias portion 19 of the barrel 10. The needle set 30 has a holder body 31, an insert portion 32 formed of conical shape, a constraint portion 33 formed of a neck shape, a needle 35 which has a first needle tip 351 and a second needle tip 352 directing to the inside and outside of the barrel 10 respectively. And a rubber horse 37 fit on the second needle tip 352 of the needle 35. The ejecting set 40 has a fixation seat 41 which has a seat body 42 disposed inside the receiving hole 12 of the barrel 10, a stop flange 43 stopped on the second position portion 16 of the barrel 10, and insert hole 44; a needle ejector 45 which has an ejector body 46, a needle through hole 47 and a needle stop portion 48 for insert and stop the needle set 30 respectively; and an ejecting spring 49 which is a compression spring positioned between the fixation seat 41 and the needle ejector 45. The operation of the present invention is outlined hereinafter. First, put the ejecting set 40 inside the receiving hole 12 of the barrel 10, that is, the fixation seat 41 of the ejecting set 40 is positioned by the second position portion 16 of the barrel 10; and put the control part 20 into the barrel 10, that is, the engage hole 23 of the control part 20 is stopped by the needle set 30 and moving a little upper position; and formed a combination of the blood sampling device. In use, put the needle set 30 on, that is let the second needle tip 352 of the needle set 30 directing to the needle through hole 47 of the ejecting set 40, and push the needle set 30 inwards and let the constraint portion 33 of the needle set 30 to push the needle stop portion 48 of the ejecting set 40 and the ejecting spring 49 is compressed; at the same time, the engage hole 23 of the control part 20 can be moved diametrically pushed by the axially moving of the needle set 30, when the constraint portion 33 of the needle set 30 moved to the engage hole 23 of the control part 20, the spring 29 then spring back the control part 20 and let the second hole 232 lock the constraint portion 33 of the needle set 30. In use, insert the blood collection tube 8 to the receiving hole 12 of the barrel 10, and penetrated by the second needle tip 352 of the needle set 30, then the first needle tip 351 can insert the vein to collect blood. After use, the needle set 30 can be dispart from the barrel 10 and control part 20 by steps below; wherein push the finger pressing portion 22 of the control part 20, then the control part 20 compressed the spring 29 and move downwardly, in the mean time, the constraint portion 33 of the needle set 30 is positioned to the first hole 231 of the engage hole 23 of the control part 20, the needle set 30 then did not constraint by the control part 20 and ejected by the ejecting spring 49 of the ejecting set 40, as show in Fig. 9. The blood sampling device recited in this embodiment which can be operated easily and convineament, and ejected the needle set 30 exactly and quickly, the structure is simple, which can achieve the objects of the present invention. As show in Fig. 10, another barrel 10A of the present invention which has a different needle receiving opening 13A and stop portion 18A. As show in Fig. 11, another spring 29A of the control part 2OA is an elastic bendable plate integral with the sliding portion. Further, as show in Figs. 11-12, another embodiment of the present invention further comprises a protective cover 50, wherein: The barrel 10B further has two sliding grooves 19B. The protective cover 50 have a cover body 51, two sliding bar 53 formed on each side of the cover body 51, a stop flange 55 for stopped by the finger pressing portion 22 of the control part 20. Therefore, the protective cover 50 is provided slidably covering the control part 20 to avoid mis-press of finger and more safe. As indicated above, the invention has the following characteristics: 1.
