Abstract | An improved stainless steel air tight & leak proof container comprises a conical base (1) & upper lid (2) closet by multiple locking means (3); the said locking means comprises a bow springs (4) which inits open position will be removed from the notch of the lid which is generally a curved flange position (5) which is position over the outwardly flunge circumference of the upper edge of the conical container; the said bow spring is held at the curve position of the lid & urge against the bottom spring portion which is secured attached in the flunge portion of the bottom conical base (6) thereby fastening the lid against the container top in air tight & leak proof manner. By means of flunge rubber gasket lined inside the lid so as to cover the rim of the stainless steel air tight & leak proof container; their being provided with spring loaded locking means secured attached to the rim of the container for locking the lid with the container for locking the lid with the container alongwith lever with handle fitted on the container to lift the lid by pushing by the lever. |
Full Text | FORM 2 THE PATENTS ACT, 1970 (39 of 1970) COMPLETE SPECIFICATION (See Section 10} AN IMPROVED STAINLESS STEEL AIR TIGHT & LEAK PROOF CONTAINER DHIRAJLAL HS*IATLAL GATHANI of 326, VIJAY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, S.T. WORKSHOP RD, NR„ BHIKSHUKHGRUH, ODHAV, AHMEDABAD - 382 415, GUJARAT, India, INDIAN national. The following specification particularly describes the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : - The invention relates to an improved stiniess steel air tight & leak proof cantainer having unique locking device provided on oppasite side near the periferry at the top of the conical shape container to close the lid air tight. More particularly the invention relates to stainless steel contairer which can be stuck one above the other which requires minimum., space and thereby easy for transporation. The container are provided at the back with the measurement "scale & plurality of locking fixture fitted on the preferry over the top lid therebv making it airtight & leak proof the principal object of thes invention is to provide an improved stainless steel air tight & leak proof container: the container is of conical shape for easy stucking & transportation the unique locking system provided on the upper edge preferry of the container which locks the lid in a air tight & leak proof manner. Accordingly their is provide an improved stainless steel air tight & leak proof container comprises a conical base (1) & upper lid (2) closet by multiple locking means (3); the said locking means comprises a bow springs - 2 - leak proaf container; their being provided with spring loaded locking means secured attached to the rim of the container for lockinc the lid with the container for locking the lid with the container alongwith lever with handle fitted, on the container to lift the lid by pushing by the lever. The invention will now be described through figure 1 to 9 in the accompanying drawings ; Referring to figure i is prospective view of the locking device in its open position. Referring to figure 2 is prospective view of the locking device while locking. Referring to figure 3 is prospective view of the locking device when the container is locked- Referring to figure 4 is the elevation of the improved stainless steel air tight & leak proof container. Referring to figure 5 is the cutout view of the top the container. Referring to figure 6 is a handle with rivert. Referring to figure 7 is the sectional view of moulded rubber ring. Referring to figure S is the top view of the lid. Referring to figure 9 is the elevation of the stacking of the multiple conical shape container. This is an embodiment of the invention. Several modifications are possible may be considered within the ambit and spirit of this invention.
