| Full Text | Field of Invention:- This invention relates to a device to prevent drainage of excretion (waste) on railway track and make platforms look neat & clean and create hygienic conditions on railway station. Objects of Invention;- 1. The primary object of the present invention is to provide a device to prevent drainage of waste on railway tracks. 2. Another object of the present invention is to provide title which create hygienic conditions on railway station. 3. Yet another object of the present invention is to reduce expenditure on cleaning job in railway station. 4. Yet another objection of the present invention is to provide a device to prevent drainage of excretion (waste) on railway track. Statement of Invention;- According to this invention there is provided a device to prevent drainage of excretion (waste) on railway tracks. Characterised in that a hemispherical top cover with a vent pipe, which is to be joined to toilet drainage pipe of the train, a circular concave plate is provided with a plurality of blades there under, K on a bearing arrangement which is mounted on a bottom stand and the said stand is attached to the hemispherical top cover. Description with reference to drawings:- Fig 1- Shows the whole arrangement of Device. Fig 2- Shows the Hemispherical Top Cove of the device. Fig 3- Shows the Bottom stand of the device. Fig 4- Shows the concave circular plate of the device. Detail Description of the Invention with reference to accompanying drawing:- Referring to fig 1: Shows whole arrangement of device of the present invention. The arrangement comprises of a hemispherical top cover (1) with a bent pipe (2), which is to be joined to toilet drainage pipe, a vent has provided for escape of bad air and a concave circular plate (3) provided with a plurality of blades (4) there under, held on a bearing arrangement (5) mounted on a stand (6). Which is again attached to the top cover, (1). Referring to fig 2; It is a hemispherical top cover (1) with a bent pipe (2), provided with a vent and joined to the toilet drainage pipe of the train, when the concave circular plate (3) rotates the waste accumulated on it get spilled on the inner side of the top cover (1) and falls down when it gets dried to the passage of air. Referring to fig 3; It is a bottom stand (6) on which the concave circular plate (3) is mounted this stand is attached to the top cover. (1). Referring to fig 4: It is a circular concave plate (3) comprising the blades (4) welded under it and held on a bearing arrangement (5). It rotates with the motion of the train. The waste get accumulated on the plate 85 when it rotates the waste gets spilled on the top cover (1) of the device. In accordance with this inventions it is a device to prevent drainage of excretion (waste) on railway track. This device is an arrangement consists of a hemispherical top cover provided with a banded pipe which is to be joined to toilet drainage pipe provided with, a vent for escape of bad air and a concave circular plate with blades under it, held on a bearing arrangement. The bearing arrangement is placed on the top cover. When the train is standstill in a station the waste from the toilet is directed through the banded pipe on to the concave circular plate. As the train start moving and attains a certain speed the plate get start rotating with the passage of high speed air. The waste accumulated on the plate get spilled on to the inner side of hemispherical top cover (fig.2) due to centrifugal action of plate rotation. The wet material dryup there and fall down on the earth. The arrangement will work in either direction of train movement. Presently such waste from railway compartments is being allowed to fall directly on the track is causing very tedious awkward situation for the passengers waiting on the platforms. Involving very tedious job in cleaning the tracks in railway stations with a lot of wastage of water for cleaning. Causing unhygienic conditions in railway stations as the food items are sold and also passengers have to have these food items on the same platforms. Involving high amounts of money in keeping cleanly atmosphere in stations. With the proposed system the waste will not be drained directly on the track, so it will not be visible at all. Hence track will remain clean from this waste, and will not cause any inconvenience to passengers in the railway stations. No cleaning effort are require since no waste is present on the track and eliminates wastage of water which is presently being used for cleaning the tracks. This system will improve hygienic conditions in railway stations. The proposed system is very simple arrangement and can easily be installed and does not require any major modifications in the existing arrangement. And once the system is installed no servicing and maintenance is require. It to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, changes and adaptations by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments incorporating the concepts and features of the present invention, are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:- We claim; 1. A device to prevent drainage of excretion (waste) on railway tracks. Characterised in that a hemispherical top cover with a vent pipe, which is to be joined to toilet drainage pipe of the train, a circular concave plate is provided with a plurality of blades thereunder, held on a bearing arrangement which is mounted on a bottom stand and the said stand is attached to the hemispherical top cover. 2. A device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said circular concave plate which rotates with the movement of the train. 3. A device to prevent drainage of excretion (waste) on railway tracks as herein described & illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawing. |
