COMPOUNDS OF AMIDINE OF GENERAL FORMULA (I') AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THEREOF

Abstract 1. Compounds of amidine of general formula (I) in which A represents radical, in which T represents a -(CH2)k radical, k representing 1 or 2, and R31 represents a linear or branched alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or one of the aminoalkyl, alkylaminoalkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl, arylalkyl, diarylalkyl or bis-arylalkyl radicals, the alkyl radical of which is linear or branched and contains 1 to 6 carbon atoms; B represents a linear or branched alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl with 5 to 6 members containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms chosen from 0, S, N and in particular the thiophene, flirane, pyrrole or thiazole radicals, the aryl radical being optionally substituted by one or more groups chosen from the linear or branched alkyl, alkenyle or alkoxy radicals with I to 6 carbon atoms, or also B represents an NR34R35 radical, in which R34 and R35 representing, independently, a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or R34 and R35 form with the nitrogen atom a non aromatic heterocycle with five to six members, the element of the chain being chosen from a group composed of -CH2-, -NH-, -O- or S; X represents a bond or a -(CH2)m-, (CH2)m-CO, -O- (CH2)m-, -S-(CH2)m-, -NR36-(CH2)m-, -CO-NR36-, -0-(CH2)m-CO-, - S-(CH2)m-CO, NR36(CH2)mCO, (CH2)mC(OH)(CH3)-CO-, -CH=CH- or -CH=N-radical; Y represents a bond or a -(CH2)n- or -(CH2)m-Q-(CH2)s- radical, Q representing a piperazine, homopiperazine, 2-methylpiperazine, 2, 5-dimethylpiperazine, piperidine, 1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine, pyrrolidine, azetidine, thiazolidine radical or a saturated carbon-containing ring with 3 to 7 members; O represents a bond or a -(CH2)P-Q-(CH2)q-, (CH2)pS-(CH2)q, (CH2)pNR37(CH2)q., (CH2)p-CO-NR37;-(CH2)q or -CO-(CH2)p-NR37(CH2)q-radical; R36 and R37 represent, independently, a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a -CO-R38 radical in which R38 represents a linear or branched alkyl or alkoxy radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R39 represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl or alkoxy radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms; m, n, p, q, r and s being integers from 0 to 6; or also the salts of the products of general formula (I').
