Full Text | [TECHNICAL FIELD] The present invention relates to a binder, and more particularly to a wrapper type binder that has not only the conventional fastener that binds the punched papers, but also cover attaching elements that attaches the front cover to the back cover, such that the binder may be used as a file wrapper or envelope type binder. [BACKGROUND ART] Generally, a conventional binder or folder has a front cover 2 and a back cover 2', and on the top portion of the back cover 2f there is a fastener for binding the punched documents, which has a pair of pins 6' and a pair of holes 6. Using the fastener, the punched papers or booklets are fastened in the binder. However, in the conventionally structured binder, because a user should punch each papers before binding, even in a very busy situation, punching the papers before binding is quite annoying thing. So, if a user just insert the paper in a binder without punching the paper, it is easy for the paper to be scattered and missing. Furthermore, precious papers are generally inserted in the binder without being punched, and it is likely that they will be lost. To overcome the above problems, a binder that is made from plastic material and has a shape capable of containing papers in it and of being carried by a user, is recently on sale. However, such a plastic-made binder is not a product for document storage use in offices, but a portable product for hand carry of individual persons. Therefore, it cannot be used in offices to store large quantity of documents. [DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION] This invention has been developed to avoid the drawbacks of the conventional binder. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wrapper type binder, which has not only the conventional fastener including pins and holes that fastens the punched papers, but also cover attaching elements located on the side and lower portions of the inside of the covers. These cover attaching elements (for example, plastic zipper, snap button, etc.) attaches the front cover to the back cover and also detaches the front cover from the back cover, such that the binder may be used as a file wrapper or envelope. To achieve the above object, referring to Fig. 2, there is provided a binder including a front cover (2) partially connected with a back cover(2') which has an index tag(4), the binder comprising: fastener means including a pair of holes(6) formed on an upper portion of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2'), and a pair of pins(6'), inserted into the holes(6), for fixing punched papers, first cover attaching means including a projection(8) and a groove(8'), both of which are firmly associated with each other, each of the projection(8) and the groove(8') being respectively located on the front cover(2) and the back cover(2'), at a side portion where the front and back covers are not connected to each other, and second cover attaching means including a projection(S) and a groove(8'), both of which are firmly associated with each other, each of the projection(8) and the groove(8') being respectively located on a bottom portion of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2'), wherein, the first cover attaching means and the second cover attaching means change a shape of the binder from a folder shape into a file wrapper shape. As such, the binder according to the present invention is desirably made from plastic materials. In addition, the first and the second cover attaching means are desirably formed by T-shaped feature and are made from PP or PE. The materials are selected by those skilled in the art, according to the usage, feature, or the like of the binder of this invention. According to the present invention, a user can store the papers not only by using the fasteners like the conventional binder, but also by using the cover attaching elements such that the binder is formed as a file wrapper or envelope IBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS! The objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a conventional binder structure, Fig. 2 shows a whole construction of the present invention binder, Fig. 3 especially shows a paper fastening portion of the present invention, Figs. 4 and 5 show a cover attaching element according to the present invention, and Fig. 6 shows the case that the binder is used as a wrappe [PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION] This invention has basically a conventional fastener including a pair of pins(6') and a pair of holes(6) for fixing the papers. This scheme is well known as shown in Fig. 1. Cover attaching elements of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 4, include a first cover attaching element(8, 8') located on the insides of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2') at a side portion where the front and back covers are not connected to each other, and a second attaching eiement(10,10') located on the insides of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2') at a bottom portion of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2'). The cover attaching elements play a role of forming the binder into a wrapper shape. These elements may be called "plastic snap button", of which the structure is very similar to a "zipper lock" which can be seen in daily life. Referring to Fig. 4, the projection(8) on the front cover(2) is inserted into the groove(8') on the back cover(2'), as the structure of the zipper lock. Another projection(IO) and groove(IO') on the bottom of the covers have the same structure. The projections(8, 10) and the grooves(8', 10') are mounted on the covers by means of thermal adhesion and the projections(8,10) inserted into the grooves(8', 10') are formed in a lozenge shape, but the mounting method and their shape may be modified by those who ordinarily skilled in the art. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 4, the projections(8,10) are mounted on the front cover(2) and the grooves(8', 10') are on the back cover(2'). However, this mounting position may be switched. It is most suitable that the length of the cover attaching elements, including projections and grooves, L is 2 to 3 cm. The dimension and the play compensation of the cover attaching elements are explained more in detail with reference to Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 5, it is preferable that the lengths of the projections(8,10) and the grooves(8', 10') are about 20 to 25mm, respectively, and their widths are about 2 to 3mm. In addition, the projections(8, 10) and the grooves(8', 10') are respectively provided with an inclined face, which tolerates lateral play of the projections and the grooves. By using the inclined faces, when the projections(8, 10) and the grooves(8', 10') are coupled each other, if their positions are not coincident, the projections{8, 10) can be slidingly inserted into the grooves(8', 10'). Similarly, both ends of the grooves(8', 10') are open without closing finish in order to tolerate longitudinal play of the projections(8, 10). That is, when the projections(8, 10) are inserted into the grooves(8', 10'), if their positions are deviated, they can be easily combined against the longitudinal play. Considering the quantity of the papers to be stored in the binder, the height of the projections(8, 10) and the grooves(8', 10') is adjusted in a factory. Also, the size of the front and back covers is adjusted in a factory. Therefore, the binder according to the present invention may store a variety of quantity step of the papers from the small quantity to the large quantity. Fig. 6 shows the case that the binder is used as a wrapper by using the cover attaching elements(8, 8', 10, 10'). A user may transform the folder type binder into a file wrapper shape by simply coupling the projections(8, 10) and the grooves(8(, 10'). This kind of file wrapper(20) is easy to store and carry the paper(15) without punching the paper. Of the matter of course, a user may use the conventional fastener to bind the punched papers, as by the conventional folder type binder. While the invention has been shown and described with reference to a certain embodiment to carry out this invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
