| Full Text | FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a device and method for installation of cement tube well pipes on a soft clay surface. BACKGROUND The cement tubewell pipe lowerer unit for soft clay surface cavity is very useful for installation of cement pipe tubewells where the cavity is to be made on soft clay surface instead of hard clay surface. The G.I. pipes and P.V.C pipes earlier used in Tubewells were very costly and were not durable for longer time. People in the trade of boring and more particularly, the farmers have discarded the above mentioned types of G. I. pipes and P.V.C pipes due to their faults and high cost. They are now using cement pipes for Tubewells. However it is very difficult to install a cement Tubewell and to form a cement tubewell slot filter cavity. Mostly cement slot filter are used after fitting a base plate at the lower end of the lower slot filter. The Tubewell cavity could not be made with above-mentioned plate. To overcome the above-mentioned drawback, the present device is used for formation of a cement tubewell pipe slot filter cavity. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a device for installation of cement tube well pipes on a soft clay surface, said device comprising of: M.S. steel pipe, said steel pipe having a plurality of reverse threads at the outer side of the lower portion, said lower portion having greater diameter than the upper portion, said steel pipe having a direct threads on its inner side of the upper portion, a collar on the outside of the upper portion at a predetermined distance from upper end. This invention further relates a method for installation of cement tube well pipes using the device as claimed in claim 1 on a soft clay surface, comprising the steps of: mounting the base on said device with the help of reverse threads connecting said device to the tubewell drill pipe, mounting the cement tubewell pipe on the base connecting the cement tubewell pipes to each other with rubber rings lowering the assembly of cement pipes in the borewell by means of drill pipes said drill pipes being controlled by a tubewell drilling machine. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION Cement tubewell pipe lowerer unit for soft clay surface is a mechanical device made of M. S. Steel pipe having 3 mm thickness. The lower portion have 8 to 10 inch diameter having reverse thread at its outer side as shown in fig-4. Its upper portion has less diameter than the lower portion (according to the diameter of Tubewell drill pipes) and have direct threads on its inner side. A collar on the upper portion is also provided at 1 inch below from upper end before lowering the R.C.C. Tubewell pipe base for soft clay, surface cavity in the tubewell bore. The base is mounted on this device with the help of reverse threads on the lower portion of the instrument and at inner side of the base (pipe). The base is claimed in co-pending application No. 2 3.The cement tubewell pipe lower unit for soft clay surface is connected to the Tubewell drill pipe. Then cement Tubewell pipe is mounted on the base (pipe) and lowered in the bore of Tubewell as shown in fig. 1. Then each cement pipe is connected to the cement pipe mounted on the base one by one with the help of rubber ring as shown in fig.1 and lowered in the bore of the Tubewell by the help of drill pipes which are controlled by the Tubewell drilling machine. According to the depth of the Tubewell bore, the cement Tubewell pipe's are lowered in the bore and then base (pipe) is seated on the Tubewell cavity base after inserting the lower portion of cement Tubewell pipe cavity base in the soft clay surface up to 5-6 feet. It is ensured that cement Tubewell pipe cavity base has been seated properly and inserted in the soft clay surface properly and tightly. The drilling pipe is tightened to release the cement Tubewell pipe cavity base for soft clay surface. When the drill pipes are tightened due to the reverse threads at lower end of the lower unit, it releases the cement tubewell pipe cavity base for soft clay surface at the same position as shown in fig.2. The device used for installing the cement tubewell pipes for soft clay surface is brought out with help of drilling pipes operated by a Tubewell drilling machine. Brief description of the accompanying drawings: Fig. 1> shows the cement Tubewell pipe mounted on the bore (pipe) and lowered in the bore of Tubewell. Fig. 2:- shows that the release of cement Tubewell pipe cavity base for soft clay surface. Fig. 3:- shows the M.S. Steel pipe having reverse thread at its outer side. Detailed description of the accompanying drawings: The device used for installing the cement tubewell pipes for soft clay surface is connected to the tubewell drill pipe and is mounted on the base. The assembly is then lowered in the bore of the tubewell as shown in figure 1. Each cement pipe is then connected to the cement pipe mounted on the base with the help of a rubber ring as shown in figure 1. When the drill pipes are tightened due to the reverse threads at the lower end of the device, it releases the cement tubewell pipe cavity base on the soft clay at the same position shown in figure 2. I claim: 1. A device for installation of cement tube well pipes on a soft clay surface, said device comprising of: - M.S. steel pipe, - said steel pipe having a plurality of reverse threads at the outer side of the lower portion, said lower portion having greater diameter than the upper portion, said steel pipe having direct threads on its inner side of the upper portion, a collar on the outside of the upper portion at a predetermined distance from upper end. 2. A device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the M.S Steel pipes is preferably of 3 mm thickness 3. A device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the M.S Steel pipes is preferably of 8 to 10" diameter. 4. A device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the collar is provided 1 inch below the upper end of the steel pipe. 5. A method for installation of cement tube well pipes using the device as claimed in claim 1 on a soft clay surface, comprising the steps of: mounting the base on said device with the help of reverse threads connecting said device to the tubewell drill pipe, mounting the cement tubewell pipe on the base connecting the cement tubewell pipes to each other with rubber rings lowering the assembly of cement pipes in the borewell by means of drill pipes said drill pipes being controlled by a tubewell drilling machine. 6. A method as claimed in claim 2, wherein said lowering is according to the depth the tube well bore. 7. A device for installation of cement tube well pipes on a soft clay surface as claimed in claim 1 substantially as herein described with reference to and as illustrated accompanying drawings 8. A method for installation of cement tube well pipes for soft clay surface substantially as herein described with reference to and as illustrated by accompanying drawings. |
