| Abstract | The present invention discloses complex exters and amides of phenyl xanthine derivatives of formula (I) or a solvate thereof wherein: X is -O- or -NH-; Q is (-CH2-)p7 (-CH=CH-)p7 (-C=C-)p where p is an integer of from 0 to 4; R1 is hydrogen or methyl; R2 and R3 independently represent O or S n is an integer of 1 to 50; and R is hydrogen or methyl. The present invention also provides processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations comprising them, and their use in medicine, particularly in the prophylaxis and treatment of septic shock, inflammatory conditions, as well as immune disorders. |
