| Abstract | This invention relates to a method for producing brushware comprising at least one carrier (6) and bristles (9) of a moldable plastic material disposed thereon, wherein the bristles are produced from the plastic melt by injection molding into bristle-shaped molding channels (71). The carrier (6) is produced having through holes (7) acting like spinning nozzles, and the through holes (7), lto which the channels (71) connect, have a minimum width of $3 mm along at least a portion of their depth, a ratio between the width and a melt flow path, resulting from the depth of the through holes (7) and the length of the channels, being selected to be $ 1:5, and the plastic melt is injected from at least one side of the carrier (6), the introduction side (3) of the melt, via the through holes (7) and into the channels (71) to form the bristles. |
