| Abstract | ABSTRACT A module reducing shocks which is a crash guard device for road vehicles to reduce the accident forces and shocks to save the passengers during road accidents, which comprises of two cylinders A (smaller dia) B. (Bigger dia) are telescopically moving in one another; the cylinder A is fitted with two way valve ('C') at one end, and when other end of A receives the accident forces the said cylinder A moves inside the cylinder B by pushing the moving separator D and compresses the air at predetermined pressure in the Air Accumulator. |
| Full Text | INTRODUCTION The invention relates to any moving body, in particular to a lift in a multi storied building, a vehicle on road, or a train moving on rail This invention relates to a moving lift (Powered externally) an auto mobile vehicle, (self propelled) railway bogies (drawn) on rails, carrying passengers, goods (buses, lorries, cars, heavy commercial vehicle, medium, commercial vehicle, light commercial vehicle and railway bogies). NEED: Statistics reveal that in India only, every minute one road accident occurs, and one fellow dies, and three persons become permanently handicapped because of this road accidents. This is increasing day by day, especially in developing and underdeveloped countries. This road accidents cause lot of monetary loss to the individuals and to the nation, and killing invaluable human lives like doctors, engineers, scientists, innocent school children etc. Similarly railway accidents also cause the same agony. This is the same with any moving carriage or body like winch cars carrying devoties in hilly temples, lifts in muitistoried building etc, PRESENT SITUATION There is no system or unit is provided to the buses, cars, vans, lorries, railway bogies and lifis to reduce and the forces, and shocks developed during this accidents. In particular road accidents of head on collision nature is the worst of its kind costing lot of human lives and possessions. THE INVENTION:- The object and aim of this invention is mainly to reduce the forces and shocks developed when two road vehicles dash against each other, (head on collision), dashing on trees, walls, etc. Some new system must be fitted with the vehicles "not in contact with persons" Hike seal belt, air bags) to reduce the forces and shocks developed during road accidents, to save the human lives along minimizing monetary and related losses. My invention namely Module Reducing Shocks serves the purpose with further novel ideas & functions . operation of the invention A module reducing shocks which is a crash guard device for road vehicles to reduce the accident forces and shocks to save the passengers during road accidents, which comprises of two cylinders A (smaller dia) B. (Bigger dia) are telescopically moving in one another; the cylinder A is fitted with two way valve ('C') at one end, and when other end of A receives the accident forces this said cylinder A moves inside the cylinder B by pushing the moving separator D and compresses the air at predetermined pressure in the Air Accumulator. Because of this action the vehicle damages are reduced to minimum or nil. Thus all the possible forces and shocks are reduced by the MRS minimizing damages and losses of human lives & properties. For lift and winches the module reducing shocks is fitted at the bottom of the cabin. The railway bogies are fitted at front and back. This module reducing shocks can be redesigned and modified according to the need of any moving body of any particular type of forces and shocks. The modules reducing shocks may be so arranged in increased numbers in different manner (eg) in line, rectangular, curved position as per the requirements. Design Novelties:- 1. At present, safely system in available only tor cars only in case of road accidents (eg) seat belt, and air bags Further air bags are provided only m costly cars But my invention product MRS can be used in medium commercial and heavy commercial vehicles of load carrymg capacity from 2 tons to 25 tones in addition to use m cars 2. Air bag comes in to action in the area where it is fitted. But MRS unit will cover to entire vehicle both at front and rear end Because air bag is fitted in between the driver & dash board, personal contact of the driver is there when air bag responds But there in no personal contact of the MRS unit and the driver and passengers because MRS in fitted out side the vehicle cabin, there by the injuries are avoided 3. At present no effective system is available for railway bogies to take up the forces during accident. Therefore during the worst accidents railway bogies run over on /each other because of the accident forces. But my MRS, reduces all the forces, and running over of the railway bogies & digging of the bogies in to each other is avoided, there by the deaths & loss are minimized or made nil, 4. A separate system is there to switch off this engine and therefore further onward movement of the vehicle is arrested during accidents. This also minimizes the loss and casualties- Commerciai Novelties :- 5. Unlike other systems, MRS can be repaired and the same unit can be reused further, thereby increasing the utility & reducing the expense and so the MRS is cost effective. 6. At present no crash safety system is available for lifts in multisloried building & winch train. MRS is the best for this purpose. 7. The operation and replacement cost of MRS is minimum because minor repairs can be done and reused again, 8. Machines, materials are domestically available. No import of any such thing is needed. CLAIMS I claim 1. A module reducing shocks which is a crash guard device for road vehicles to reduce the accident forces and shocks to save the passengers during road accidents, which comprises of two cylinders A (smaller dia) B. 2. Module reducing block as claimed in claim, I can be used in Railway bogies and lift cabin to reduce the accident forces and shocks. |
