Title of Invention | A PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ALUMINOSILICATE ZEOLITE OF TYPE NA-P |
---|---|
Abstract | This invention relates to a process for the preparation of aluminosilicate zeolite of type Na-P. The invention relates to the preparation of crystalline micro porous aluminosilicate molecular sieve of Zeolite P type structrure exhibiting its suitability for several adsorption, ion-exchange and detergency processes of academic and industrial importance. The crystalline, porous aluminsilicate of type P zeolite structure, prepared by the process of the present invention are constituted of oxides of silicon and aluminum having well ordered porous structure consisting of channels of precisely defined and uniform dimensions. |
Full Text | We Claim: 1. An improved normal cum super capacitor characterized by two presoaked carbon electrode are separated by glass mat separator, the said electrode and separator are sandwiched and fixed inside a protective coversuch as herein described, the presoaking of the said electrode is done by an electrolyte consist aqueous moisture of alkali metal carbonate and amino guanidine bicarbonate at a mol ratio in the range of 0.2 to 33. 2. An improved normal cup super capacitor as claimed in claim T wherein carbon electrodes used is selected from carbon, activated carbon or graphite. 3. An improved normal cum super capacitor as claimed in claims 1-2 wherein the source of carbon is selected from fibre, powder, felt and plates. 4. An improved normal cup super capacitor as claimed in claims 1-3 wherein the separator used is selected from asbestos, polypropylene, PVC, any micro porous material. 5. An improved normal cum super capacitor substantially herein described with reference to the examples. We Claim: 1. A process for the preparation of aluminosilicate zeolite of type Na-P consisting of the oxides of silicon and aluminium by the hydrothermal crystallization process having mole ratios of oxides in the anhydrous state represented by the formula (Formula Removed) Wherein a = 0.1, and b = 2.2 - 5.0 which comprises preparing a gel by mixing a source of silicon, aluminum and sodium in a ratio of 0.75 : 1 : 4.28 to 15 : 1: 0.6, autoclaving the resultant gel at a temperature in the range of 80 -150°C for a period ranging between 2 hr. to 4 days, quenching the resultant crystalline material in cold water, separating the catalyst formed by conventional methods, washing with deionized water thoroughly up to wash water pH is in the range of 9.0 to 11.0, drying by conventional methods to obtain synthetic aluminosilicate zeolite of type Na-P. 2. A process as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the source of silicon is sodium silicate, micro crystalline silicon dioxide. 3. A process as claimed in claim 1 wherein the starting gel has following oxide mole ratios: SiO2/Al2O3 = 1.9-20 SiO2/Na2O = 0.6-2.7 H2O / SiO2 = 20-90 OH/SiO2 = 0.8-3.2 4. A process as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the source of aluminum is sodium aluminate liquor, spent liquor and alumina trihydrate. 5. A process for the preparation of aluminosilicate zeolite type,P as substantially described herein with reference to examples. |
