Abstract

A package for cigarettes, in particularly, a sanitary cigarette case which can avoid filter tips from being contacted by fingers, so avoiding germs on finger from spreading into mouth through filter tips, includes a case body and a case cover and is characterized in that the opening surface of the case body is parallel with the longitudinal axis of cigarettes, the opening end of the case body is covered by the case cover, which has a concavity in its longer face. The advantage of this cigarette case is that it is designed in such a configuration so that person can only put the middle of cigarette when they pick cigarette out of cigarette case, thereby avoiding filter tips from being contacted by fingers, so preventing germs on fingers from spreading into mouth through filter tips. Therefore, this cigarette case has sanitary, convenience, elegant operation, simple process and low cost.

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to sanitary cigarette package, especially relates to a sanitary cigarette case which can avoid filter tips of cigarettes therein from being contacted by fingers so as to prevent germs on fingers from spreading into mouth through the filter tips. BACKGROUND ART OF THE INVENTION At present, the known high-grade cigarette package is generally a chipboard, cigarette case with the cover turned up, in which generally accommodates twenty cigarettes, there are also cases for accommodating the cigarette whose number is nine, ten and sixteen etc, an opening is provided at the short side of the rectangle cigarette case, the opening surface is disposed transversely with the longitudinal axis of the cigarette. A defect of this kind of cigarette case having been used for mpny years is that the cigarette is taken out from the cigarette case only by holding the filter tip with hand, while the filter tip. having contacted with the finger is to be contacted with lip while smoking, which leads to germs on fingers spreading into mouth through filter tip as a result of making the unhealthy smoking habit more insanitary, sometimes, the smoker shall invite other person to have the cigarette by nipping the filter tip, this is not only insanitary but also increasing the infecting source of illness, and the awkward is often occurred; the function of the filter tip is initially for filtering the harmful substance to the human body in the cigarette in order to greatly protect people's health, but the existing cigarette case structure makes the filter tip to be the medium inducing the harmful substance into the human body. In order to avoid this conflict, some smokers would like to take the cigarette by nipping the end with exposed tobacco leaf by opening the bottom of the cigarette case in stead of taking the cigarette from the opening, although, this way is sanitary, but which is easy to make the tabacco leaf loose by nipping the end to which the tobacco leaf is exposed the cigarette is easy to fail out, thus affecting the appearance of the cigarette case and the cigarette quality, and also the operation is complex. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Concerning the above, the inventive purpose of the present invention is to provide a kind of sanitary, convenient package structure, which can make people only take the middle portion of cigarette when they pick cigarette out of cigarette case, thus not only avoiding insanitary and infectivity while taking cigarette tip, but also avoiding cigarette leaf loose while taking the end to which cigarette leaf is exposed, therefor , this cigarette case has simple structure and convenience elegant operation. The present invention is originated from the inventor's years practical experience of different kinds of package research and repetitious hard work. In regard to the disadvantages of the prior art, the purpose of this invention is to provide a sanitary cigarette case, which can make people self-conscious avoiding fingers . from contacting with filter tip, thus preventing germs on fingers from spreading into mouth through filter tip. The purpose of the present invention could be realized by the following; technical scheme: the present invention includes a case body and a case cover and: is characterized in that an opening surface of the case body is parallel with a longitudinal axis of cigarettes, the opening surface of the case body is covered by; the case cover and has an opening thereon, there is provided a recess in a surface (hereinafter as "long side surface of the opening") of the case body in which a long side of the opening surface lies. The further characterized technical features of the present invention are that the case cover is connected with the case body integrally and can be turned up; there is a notch at a surface (hereinafter as "short side surface of the opening" ) of the case body in which a short side of the opening surface fies for taking cigarettes out conveniently there is a section of closing surface at an end of the caseopening surface opposed to the notch; the recess is formed by perforating lines easy to tear on the case body and a plurality of perforating lines are disposed along the longituadinal direction of the recess, the length of the recess is long enough for taking out of the cigarettes within the case; an elastic sheet may be disposed at the opposite side of the caseopening surface, or 3 pulling strip for holding cigarettes from bottom of the case, one end of the pulling strip is adhered to an inner upper end of the case, while the other end thereof extends to the opening at the opposite Side of the adhered position at the upper of the case body; an inner lining is Disposed within the case body, the recess at the long side surface of the opening is Formed on the inner lining; the notch being disposed on the inner lining for Convenient taking out the cigarettes is formed at the short side surface of the case Opening; a protruded part of the inner lining is folded onto another protruded part of the inner lining to form the section of closing surface at one end of the long side surface of the case opening; one, end of the elastic sheet could be attached between the inner lining and the inner surface of the case body; the elastic sheet is formed by a hard sheet under which a spring is disposed. ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENITON The advantages of the present invention is to provide a sanitary cigarette case which can make people self-conscious avoiding finger from contact with filter tip, thus preventing germs on fingers from spreading into mouth through the filter tip therefor this cigarette case has a simple structure and a convenience, elegant operation. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The detailed description of the present invention is made reference to the accompanying drawings in connection with the preferred embodiments, in which: Fig 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention; Fig 2 is a schematic view showing the inner lining shape of trie present invention; Fig 3 is a schematic view snowing the long recess formed by the perforating lines provided at the case body: Fig 4 is a structural schematic view showing the formed pulling strip at the bottom of the case body. 1 case body • 2 case cover 3 inner lining 4 recess 5 notch 6 filtertip 7 cigarette 8 elastic sheet 9 closing surface 10 protruded part 11 perforating line 12 pulling strip DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFFERED EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention includes a case body 1, a case cover 2, the case body 1 and the case cover 2 could be formed integrally, and also could be formed separately, an opening surface of the case body 1 is disposed parallels to the longitudinal axis of the cigarette in the cigarette box, thus the cigarettes are disposed transversely at the opening of the case, this could make it easier for holding the middle portion of the cigarettes, the case cover 2 is covered at the opening surface of the case body, a recess 4 is disposed at a surface (i.e. long side surface of the opening) of the opening in which a long side of the opening surface lies, and it is preferable to dispose the recess 4 at the middle portion of the long side of the opening surface, disposing the recess at the long side could make it to hold the cigarette at the recess by fingers and taking out the cigarettes, when longer recess is needed, the multi-stage tearing could be adopted to prolong the recess, thus being easier for taking out ail the cigarettes from the case, the surface of the recess 4 could be coated with thin pace one end of the thin paper is connected to one side of the recess and join the recess surface for covering the said recess, or the recess 4 is formed by the perforating lines easy to tear on the case body 1, a plurality of parallel perforating lines are disposed along a longitudinal direction of the recess 4, the corresponding covering part is torn along the perforating lines according to the desired position being held in use, the length of the recess 4 should be convenient to take out all the cigarettes within the case. When the case cover 2 is connected with the case body 1 integrally , the case cover 2 can be turned up; there is a notch 5 at another surface (i.e. short side surface of the opening } of the case body 1 opening for taking cigarettes out conveniently, a short side of the opening surface lies in the above short side surface the area of the notch 5 is a slightly larger than the sectional area of the cigarette, or a larger notch 5 is formed by cutting a part of the upper end of the short side of the opening surface out; there is a section of closing surface 9 at opening surface of the case body, within which the cigarette exposed ends are disposed, by which could not only to protect the cigarette exposed end, but also could prevent the cigarettes all to spill out of the case while taking the cigarettes at the bottom of the case by inverting the case. In addition, when an elastic sheet or pulling strip is disposed at the opposite side of the case opening surface, it can avoid the cigarettes being all ejected or pulled out; an elastic sheet 8 is disposed at the opposite side (that is the bottom of the case body) of the opening of the case body 1, which can push the cigarettes at the lower layer to the upper layer at the opening, or a pulling strip 12 for holding cigarettes from bottom of the case body 1 is disposed, one end of the pulling strip is adhered to the inner upper end of the case body, while the other end extends to the opening at the opposite side of the adhered position at the upper of the case body, which is for convenient to hold the pulling strip at the opening and taking the cigarettes out; the inner lining 3 is disposed within the case body for enhancing the strength of the case body, an overlap part being formed by the inner lining at the upper of the case body 1 and the case cover 2, which can hold cigarettes within the case while opening the case in the condition that the case cover and the case body are formed integrally, me recess 4 at the long side surface of the opening is formed on the inner lining 3; a notch being disposed on the inner lining 3 for convenient taking out the cigarettes is formed at the short side surface of the case opening arid can extend to the edge of the recess at the long side of the inner lining; the protruded part 10 of the inner lining is folded onto another protruded part of the inner lining to form the section of closing surface 9 at the one end of the long side of the case body; the one end of the elastic sheet 8 could be attached between the inner lining 3 and the inner surface of the case body 1; the elastic sheet 8 is formed by a hard sheet under which spring is disposed, the spring can be fixed at the bottom of the case body, and the cigarettes are disposed on the hard sheet. Concerning the above, the present invention is to provide a sanitary cigarette case, which can make people self-conscious avoiding finger from contact with filter tip, thus preventing germs on fingers from spreading into mouth through filter the, therefor, this cigarette case has a simple structure and a convenience, elegant operation, and also the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any equivalent modification of the present invention are also fallen into the protection scope of the claims of present invention We Claim: 1.A sanitary cigarette case, comprising a case body and a case cover, an opening surface of the case body Is parallel with a longitudinal axis of cigarettes ;in the cigarette case, wherein the opening surface of the case body is covered by the case cover, wherein a recess is provided in a long side surface of the opening, a notch is provided at' a short side surface of the case body opening for taking cigarettes out conveniently, and a section of closing surface is formed at one end of the caseopening surface opposed to the opening. 2.The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 1, wherein the case cover Is connected with the case body integrally and can be turned up. 3. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 1, wherein the recess is formed by perforate lines easy to tear provided on the case body, and a plurality of perforate lines are disposed along a longitudinal direction of the recess, the lenght of the recess is enough for taking out the cigarettes within the case. 4. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein an elastic sheet is disposed at an opposite side surface of the case opening, or a pulling strip for holding cigarettes is provided at the bottom of the case, one end of the pulling strip is adhered to an inner upper end of the case, while the other end thereof extends to the opening at the opposite side surface of the case body. 5. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 1, wherein an inner lining is disposed within the case body, the recess at the long side surface of the opening is formed on the inner lining. 6. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 5, wherein a notch being disposed on the inner lining for convenient taking out the cigarettes is formed at the short side surface of the case opening. 7. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 6, wherein a protruded part of the inner lining is folded onto another protruded part of the inner lining to form the section of closing surface at the one end of the opening surface of the case body. 8. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 6 or 7, wherein an elastic sheet is disposed at the opposite side of the caseopening, or a pulling strip for folding cigarettes is provided at the bottom of the case, one end of me outing strip is adhered So an inner coper end of the case, while the other end thereof extends to the opening at the opposite side of the case body. 9. The sanitary cigarette case according to claim 8, wherein the one end of [he elastic sheet could be attached between the inner lining and the inner surface of the case body; the elastic sheet is formed by a hard sheet under which a spring is disposed. 10.
