| Abstract | The invention relates to a brake gear for a disc brake serving to transfer a force to a brake pad that acts upon a brake disc. The brake gear is accommodated in a brake caliper of the disc brake and comprises both a pressing element, which interacts with the brake caliper, as well as a rod. The pressing element is mounted in the housing of the brake caliper with the aid of the rod in such a manner that it is parallel to the rotation axis of the brake disc. |
