Title of Invention | A LIQUID FUEL NAMED MUSENE FOR MIXING WITH PETROL AND THE PROCESS OF ITS PREPARATION |
---|---|
Abstract | In this modern age fuels like petrol, diesel etc. are the life blood of our civilization. But these fuels arc exhausting day by day. There is an estimate that- these petroleum based fuels will be exhausted within this century. So to keep the wheels on move there is a necessity to invent new fuels or to elongate the life of the existing fuel-reserve by doping other materials in fuels. Now the existing engines are made for petrol and diesel fuels. But one of the petroleum products, Kerosene, is available in huge quantity in between petrol and diesel during partial distillation of crude petroleum. Kerosene can not be used as fuel in petrol and diesel engines. If it is used as fuel in petrol engine it will be next to impossible to start the engine, while in case of diesel engine it will cease within a short period. In earlier days of evolution of internal combustion engine edeleanu extract of kerosene was used as fuel in very inefficient hot-bulb engines which became obsolete nearly about one century ago. So use of kerosene as automobile fuel was condemned. The invention relates to a technology of processing Kerosene to produce a product that can be doped in petrol upto 50% of the volume of the mixed fish for using the fuel in petrol engines. Petrol vehicles have been successfully driven with this mixed fuel without any trouble. Even there is no necessity to have any change in the engine. The noise level of engine and quality of exhaust are same as that of in case of petrol The product obtained from kerosene which is being used as doping material in petrol has been termed as Musene. Thus by doping Musene in petrol the life of petrol reserve can be elongated without extra air & sound pollution. Moreover, this musene-doped gives better mileage than usual petrol without paying extra as the cost of musene is not more than the value of petrol. |
