| Abstract | TITLE: RING SPINDLE WITH A VERTICAL BEARING HOUSING HAVING ACLOSED BOTTOM. Ring spindle comprising a vertical housing having a closed bottom, also comprising a step bearing for a rotating shaft arranged in an oil bath within the bearing housing, also comprising a first lubrication channel and a second lubrication channel for replacing old lubricating oil with new lubricting oil which are arranged in the bearing housing and which each project, at a distance from the step bearing, thorugh a respective connecting opening of the bearing hyousing, characterized in that the first lubrication channel is an inlet chnnel for new oil which extends along the outside of an intermediary tube towards the bottom of the bearing housing and int hat the second lubrication channel is an outlet channel for old oil which extends from the inside of the intermediary tube sothat oil pressed-in through the inlet channel first arrives at the step bearing and thereaftter rises inside the intermediary tube up to the level of the outlet channel. |
