| Abstract | A regulated draw frame 2 for fibre material comprising at least one drafting zone, a controllable or regulatable drawing apparatus 26 for determining the degree of drafting in the mentioned drafting zone 13/11; 11, 12/1, a programmable control means for the drawing apparatus and at least one sensor 9 for ascertaining at a measuring point the throughout fibre mass per unit of length, a draft determining signal is stored in a memory of the control means over a predetermined period and information for adapting the drawing apparatus is obtained from the stored values. In order to substantially improve the adaptation of the draw frame 2 to any change of material and/or when there are changes in the quality of the fibre structure (s) to be produced, the information comprises a spectrogram of at lease one fibre structure 3;8, the shape (form, content) of which spectrogram is evaluated and used to adapt the drawing system. |
