Abstract | L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube having a spoon shaped top portion and bottom portion which are fixed at the end so as to form a hollow tube at the stem side of the spoon shape and a circular hollow opening at the other end, the bottom portion is being provided with a center hollow stem, the top portion being provided with a funnel type collar. |
Full Text | This invention relates to 'L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube' for use in domestic LPG gas stove. The L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube known in the prior art comprises of a tube for receiving the gas, which gets mixed with ambient air to form a combustible mixture of air. In this process, though the heat generated is enough, the same can be improved by providing an improved L.iP.G. Stove Mixing Tube. Further, mostly all such devices are made of die cast steel, which geits rusted and needs to be replaced from time to time. Accordingly it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube, which avoids wastage and is also more efficient. A further object of the present invention is to provide a stainless steel body, which will not get rusted and will lost for a long time. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an improved L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube, which has a better combustion capability and it is also simple and cost effective. This invention thus provides L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube for use in domestic LPG gas stove which comprises a base plate Avith a stem, a corresponding top plate such that the stem portion will form a hollow tube whose edges are sandwiched, the said tube being provided with an opening on the other end to allow air-gas mixing, both plates having a central circular opening, the central circular opening of the base plate being a cylindrical stem to receive the burner top, the opening on the top plate being provided with a collar placed at an angle so as to form a funnel shaped collar to avoid gas wastage, the hollow tube being placed on the nozzle outlet for gas in the gas stove. This invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings wherein: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the air-gas mixing device; Fig. 2 is a side view of the air-gas mixing device; Fig. 3 is a sectional view along the line A-A of the air-gas mixing device; and Fig. 4 is the top view of the air-gas mixing device. The L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube has a base plate 1, and top plate 2 each having a stem portion marked 3. The said plates are sandwiched so that the stem portion forms a hollow tube 4, and the other portion forms a circular passage (not shown) for gas circulation. The tube 4 is provided with an opening 5 to allow air-gas mixing. The base plate 1 has a circular opening in the form of a cylindrical stem 6. The top plate 2 has a cylindrical opening 7. A collar 8 is provided on the top plate 2 to avoid gas wastage. The stem 3 is placed on the nozzle outlet for gas in the gas stove. Fuel from cylinder enters through the opening 8 of the tube 4. I CLAIM 1. L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube for use in domestic LPG gas stove which comprises a base plate with a stem, a corresponding top plate such that the stem portion will form a hollow tube whose edges are sandwiched, the said tube being provided with an opening on the other end to allow air-gas mixing, both plates having a central circular opening, the central circular opening of the base plate being a cylindrical stem to receive the burner top, the opening on the top plate being provided with a collar placed at an angle so as to form a funnel shaped collar to avoid gas wastage, the hollow tube being placed on the nozzle outlet for gas in the gas stove, 2. L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube as claimed in claim 1, where the plates are made of stainless steel. 3. L.P.G. Stove Mixing Tube substantially as herein before described and illustrated in figs, 1 to 4 of the accompanying drawings. |
