| Abstract | A composition comprising a compound of formula (I) A-X<SUB>1</SUB> -NO<SUB>2</SUB> (I) wherein said compound is totally or partially amorphous for at least 5%, amorphization being measured by DSC and at least one e~cipient selected from the following classes: C<SUB>5</SUB> -C<SUB>6</SUB> polyalcohols, mono and disaccharides and their derivatives, oligosaccharides containig from 3 to 10 saccharides units and their derivatives, polysaccharides, their derivatives including salts, cyclodextrins and their derivatives, non cyclic derivatives of -cyclodextrin, polymers and copolymers of vinyl-based monomeric units, and/or containing a carboxilic function, or (meth}acrylic monomers; wherein in formula (I) wherein the substituents are as described in the description. This invention also relates to a method of preparing the same and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. |
