Title of Invention	PALATABLE ORAL COMPOSITIONS AND PROCESS THEREOF
Abstract	The present invention provides a palatable oral composition comprising medicament adsorbate for oral ingestion of pharmaceutically active medicaments having unpleasant / bitter / astringent / objectionable taste, wherein the medicament adsorbates contain the pharmaceutically active medicament in the form of a salt, a silicate adsorbent which is capable of forming an adsorbate complex with the medicament and a release modifying agent. Medicament adsorbates of the present invention not only mask the unpleasant taste of the medicament but also make the medicament bioavailable in the gastrointestinal tract by releasing it quickly and adequately.
