Title of Invention | A CONSTRUCT FOR TRANSDERMAL DELIVERY OF IMMUNOGENS |
---|---|
Abstract | The present invention provides novel compositions for transdermal delivery of at ,~ least one immunogen to an individual, which compositions comprise (a) said at least. one immunogen (b) an occlusion vehicle and (c) an immunogen delivery system in the form of a Poslntro or a cationic ISCaM or comprising at least one saponin and at as well as a process for preparation of the compositions. The invention further provides constructs comprising these compositions. The compositions and constructs may be used in methods for generating an immunological response, methods for treating. or preventing a condition of illness and methods for vaccination. The occlusion vehicle is e.g. a pressure sensitive adhesive, such as a hydrocolloid adhesive or a hydrogel adhesive, which may be cross-linked, or the occlusion vehicle may be non-adherent. |
Full Text | Field of Invention This invention pertains to human necessities. More particularly and precisely this invention relates to protective gear for human beings. This invention focus on solar Ultra violet protective cap produce a cap which can protect humanbeings from the hazardous solar ultra violet radiation. The cap is provided with a strap at the bottom, which is also UV protective. This strap helps for proper fixing of cap on the head and to overcome the major disadvantage of cap flying away during riding of two wheelers and during strong breeze. The cap and the strap is provided with air holes such that air can pass but not UV rays. The object of the Invention is to manufacture the cap, fabric is coated with UV protective chemicals. This fabric is cut and made in to cap with necessary pads and accessories. Strap is fixed at the bottom of the cap. Holes are provided in the cap and a cover for holes with opening on both sides is provided for air to pass through but not UV rays. There is no adequate protective head gear from solar ultra violet rays, this invention fulfill the requirement needed by the society. At the outset of the description which follows it is to be understood that ensuring description only illustrate a particular form of this invention. However, such particular form is only an exemplary embodiment without intending to imply any limitation on the scope of this invention. Accordingly, the description is to be understood as an exemplary embodiment and reading of the invention is not intended to be taken restrictively. The above and other objects, features and disadvantages will be clear from the following description of preferred embodiment taken in conjunction with accompanying drawings. The foregoing description is outlined rather broadly preferred and alternative feature of the present invention so that those skilled in the art may better understand the detailed description of the invention that follows. Additional features of the invention will be described hereinafter that form the subject of claims of the invention. Those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiment as a basis for designing and modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention. Those skilled in the art should realize such equivalent conception do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention in its broadest form. Now the invention will be described in details with reference to drawings which accompany the complete specification. The nature of the invention and the manner in which the invention is to be performed is clearly described in the complete specification. Figure 1 of the drawing shows the left side view of the UV protective cap according to invention Figure 2 of the drawing s shows the air hole arrangement in the cap Figure 3 of the drawings shows the right side view Figure 4 of the drawings shows the strap arrangement The novelty of this product is, the cap protects the humanbeings from the hazardous UV rays from the Sun.The strap provided helps for proper fixing of cap on head and protects from the major disadvantage of cap flying away during riding of two wheeler and during strong breeze. The air holes provided in the cap and the strap helps for air circulation but does not allow UV rays to pass through. The invention has been explained in relation to specific embodiment. It is inferred that the foregoing description is only illustrative of the present invention and it is not intended that the invention be limited or restrictive thereto. Many other specific embodiments of the present invention will be apparent to one skilled in the art from the foregoing disclosure. All substitution, alterations and modification of the present invention which come within the scope of the following claims are to which the present invention is readily susceptible without departing from the spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention should therefore be determined not with reference to the above description but should be determined with reference to appended claims along with full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled. I claim 1. A Solar UV protective cap comprises a special coated fabric having lining and fitting the head of the wearer from the ultra violet rays, a flap fixed the fabric at the front to protect the face from the sun rays, a buckle adopted to be fitted with the cap so as to keep the head gear title fitted with the head of the wearer, plurality of air holes provided on the side portion of the cap. |
