Abstract	The present invention relates to methods of inhibiting phosphatidylinositol 3- kinase delta isoform (PI3Ko) activity, and meth<:>dsQftr~ating diseases, such as disorders of immunity and inflammation, in which PI3Ko plays a role in leukocyte furiction. Preferably the methods employ active agents that selectively inhibit PI3Ko, while not significantly inhibiting activity of other PI3K isoforms. CompoWldS-are provided that inhibit PI3Ko activity, including compounds that selectively inhibit PI3Ko activity. Methods of using PI3Ko inhibitory compound to inhibit cancer cell growth or proliferation are also provided. Accordingly, the invention provides tnetbods of using PI3Ko inhibitory compounds to inhibit PI3Ko-mediated processes in vitro and in Vivo.
