Abstract The present invention relates to a molecular sieve having: a) a mole ratio between 15 to 140 of (1) a first oxide selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, germanium oxide, and mixtures thereof to (2) a second oxide selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxide, boron oxide, iron oxide, gallium oxide, titanium oxide, indium oxide, vanadium oxide, and mixtures thereof; and b) in its as-synthesized state, the X-ray diffraction patterns are as herein described and a method for preparing the same.
