Abstract This invention relates to a telephone guard to detect the faulty line, phony phone and misplacement of telephone receiver characterized in that means to detect the faulty line (1) being connected to the own phone detection means (2), the output of own phone detection means being connected to phony phone detection means (3) the output of which being connected to a signal analyser circuit (8), means (4) to detect the speech signal being connected to said signal analyser circuit through a timer circuit (5), a signal killer circuit (7) being connected to said speech signal means (4) the outputs of the faulty line means and phony phone means being connected to said signal analyser circuit, a square wave generator (6) connected to the outputs of phony phone and timer circuit being connected to a pulse modulator (10) and also to an AND gates (9) connected to the outputs of said signal analyser circuit, the inputs of said faulty line means, own phone means, own phone means, speech signal means and signal killer circuit being connected to the main phone line through a resistance (15).
Full Text I CLAIM;
1. A telephone guard to detect the faulty line, phony phone and
misplacement of telephone receive characterized in that means to
detect the faulty line (1) being connected to the own phone
detection means (2), the output of own phone detection means
being connected to phony phone detection means (3) the output of
which being connected to a signal analyser circuit (8), means (4) to
detect the speech signal being connected to said signal analyser
circuit through a timer circuit (5), a signal killer circuit (7) being
connected to said speech signal means (4) the outputs of the faulty
line means and phony phone means being connected to said signal
analyser circuit, a square wave generator (6) connected to the
outputs of phony phone and timer circuit being connected to a
pulse modulator (10) and also to an AND gates (9) connected to the
outputs of said signal analyser circuit, the inputs of said faulty line

means, own phone means, own rhony rhone means speech signal
means and signal killer circuit being connected to the main phone line through a resistance (15).
2. A telephone guard as claimed in claim 1 wherein said faulty line
means, phony phone means, speech signal means comprises
Conventional sensor(1 3, and 4).
3. A telephone circuit guard as claimed in claim 1 wherein the
outputs of said own phone sensor has an indicator (14) like LED
connected therewith to give the respective signal.

4. A telephone guard as claimed in claim 1 wherein said AND gates
has indicating means (13) like LED connected therewith to give the
indications regarding faulty line, phony phone and attend receiver
respectively.
5. A telephone guard as claimed in claim 1 wherein said pulse
modulator has an audio signal means (12) like an alarm connected
therewith to give audio faulty line, phony phone own phone and
attend receiver respectively.
6. A telephone guard to detect the faulty line, phony phone and
misplacement of telephone receiver means substantially as herein
described and illustrated with reference to drawings.
