---|---|
Abstract | A self igniting incense stick and insect repellant stick comprising: a stick selected from incense stick and a insect repellant stick or coil and an inflammable composition coated at the tip of the said stick for ignition and a container package having both exterior sides coated with the screening composition. |
Full Text | The invention relates to an inflammable composition for self-igniting incense stick. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION; At present in order to light an incense stick or insect repellant stick we need a match stick. Whereas, according to the present invention the incense stick or the insect repellant stick or coil per se can be ignited without the use of a match stick. It becomes sometimes inconvenient to light an incense stick or a insect repellant stick/coil as we need to procure a match stick for the same. Further, the match stick often gets extinguished before lighting a incense stick and therefore several match sticks are sometimes required to ignite a single incense stick. Whereas, the present invention is cost effective as no match stick is required to light the stick. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION: An object of this invention is to propose an inflammable formulation for .self igniting-incense stick. Another object of this invention is to propose an inflammable formulation for self igniting-insect repellant stick/coil. Yet another object of this invention is to propose a process of manufacturing inflammable formulation for a solf igniting incense stick and insert repellant stick. Yet another object of this invention is to propose a stick which is cheap and cost effective. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: According to this invention there is provided An inflammable composition for self igniting incense stick, wherein said glue formulation and casein formulation, said glue formulation comprises: Potassium chlorate 2 to 10 kg Glue 400 to 2 kg Glass powder 200 to 1 kg Sulphur 280 to 1.5 kg Rasin 20gms to 200gms Potassium Bicromate 80gms to 400gms Black powder 1 to 5 kg and said casein formulation comprises of: Potassium chlorate 2 to 12 kg Caesin 300gms to 2 kg Glass powder 1 to 6 kg Potassium dichlorate 85gms to 500gms Raisin 85gms to 500gms Sulphur 300gms to 2 kg Zinc white 3.5gms to 20gms Liquid ammonia 1.5 lit. to 8 lit. Further, according to this invention there is also provided a process of manufacturing an inflammable formulation self igniting incense stick and an insect repellant stick comprising: Subjecting the stick to the step of dipping into an inflammable solution such that only the tip of the stick is coated with the said solution, and then drying the coated stick at room temperature. In one of the embodiments of this invention there is provided a method for producing caesin formulation. The method comprises the step of diluting ammonia using water; adding caesin and sulphur and then rasin to the said diluted ammonia to form a mixture; and mixing potassium dichlorate and the mixing ingredients such as glass powder, potassium chlorate and zinc white to the said mixture; grinding the said mixture after 1 to 2 hours for producing the formulation for coating. In accordance to another embodiment of this invention there is provided a method for producing glue formulation. The method comprises the step of boiling the glue in water; adding potassium chlorate to the said glue solution after cooling the same to form a mixture, and adding the remaining ingredients such as glass powder, sulphur, rasin, potassium dichlorate and black powder in powder form to the said mixture; grinding the mixture to produce the formulation for coating. The various components of the inflammable composition has a systematic effect amongst themselves which results in quick ignition of the self igniting incense stick and a insect repellant stick. Moreover, due to synergism the amount of the inflammable composition required for ignite is also very little. The invention will now be explained in greater details with the help of the following non-limiting examples: Example-1 An incense and insect repellant stick is prepared by dipping the stick into inflammable caesin solution such that only the tip of the stick is being coated with the said solution. The caesin solution contains: Potassium chlorate 6 kg Caesin 1 kg Glass powder 3 kg Potassium Bicromate 250 gms Rasin 250 gms Sulphur 1 kg Zinc white 10 gms Ammonia liquid 4 lits After the step of coating the stick is dried at room temperature and then it is packed into the boxes which have the screening solution coated at the sides for lighting the sticks. Example 2: An incense and insect repellant stick is prepared by dipping the stick into inflammable glue solution such that only the tip of the stick is being coated with the said solution. The glue solution contains: Potassium chlorate 5 kg Glue 1 kg Glass powder 500 gms Sulphur 700 gms Raisin 100 gms Potassium Bicromate 200 gms Black powder 21/2 kg After the step of coating the stick is dried at room temperature and then it is packed into the boxes which have the screening solution coated at the sides for lighting the sticks. The screening composition comprises of red phosphorus, varnish, aluminium hydrate, potassium dichlorate, black carbon and turpentine oil. WE CLAIM: 1. An inflammable composition for self igniting incense stick, wherein said glue formulation and casein formulation, said glue formulation comprises: Potassium chlorate 2 to 10 kg Glue 400 to 2 kg Glass powder 200 to 1 kg Sulphur 280 to 1.5 kg Rasin 20gms to 200gms Potassium Bicromate 80gms to 400gms Black powder 1 to 5 kg and said casein formulation comprises of: Potassium chlorate 2 to 12 kg Caesin 300gms to 2 kg Glass powder 1 to 6 kg Potassium dichlorate 85gms to 500gms Raisin 85gms to 500gms Sulphur 300gms to 2 kg Zinc white 3.5gms to 20gms Liquid ammonia 1.5 lit. to 8 lit. 2. A process for the preparation of casein formulation comprising the steps of: diluting ammonia using water; adding caesin and sulphur and then rasin to the said diluted ammonia to form a mixture; and mixing potassium dichlorate and the mixing ingredients such as glass powder, potassium chlorate and zinc white to the said mixture; grinding the said mixture after 1 to 2 hours to producing the formulation for coating. 3. A process for the preparation of glue formulation comprising the steps of: boiling the glue in water; adding potassium chlorate to the said glue solution after cooling to form a mixture, and adding the remaining ingredients such as glass powder, sulphur, rasin, potassium dichlorate and black powder in powder form to the said mixture; grinding the mixture to produce the formulation for coating. 4. A process for manufacturing the incense stick and insect repellant stick as claimed in claim 1 comprising: subjecting the said stick to the step of dipping into an inflammable solution such that only the tip of the stick is being coated with the said solution; drying the coated stick at room temperature, and packing the said dried incense and insect repellant stick in containers having both the exterior sides coated with the screening composition. 5. An inflammable composition for self igniting incense stick and an insect repellant stick or coil substantially as herein described. A self igniting incense stick and insect repellant stick comprising: a stick selected from incense stick and a insect repellant stick or coil and an inflammable composition coated at the tip of the said stick for ignition and a container package having both exterior sides coated with the screening composition. |
