Full Text The invention relates to a preparation for enhancing nitrogen fixation in Legumes. The invention specifically relates to Leguminous crops improvement. Hither to thinking goes that only bacterial support is needed for nitrogen fixation in Legumes. But chemical ion exchanges are essential where in sulphur and iron ions are acting by the force of smaller protein which supply electrons. This Fe and S ions are pushed by bigger protein electrons and ultimately goes into Molybdenum ion forming Fe, S, Mo cluster. Then from atmosphere two atoms of nitrogen enters plant system in Fe, S5 Mo Cluster with exchange of NH3 and H2 from the plant system to atmosphere. Thus two atoms of Nitrogen comes in and one Nitrogen atom goes out in plant system.
This chemical reaction induced us to invent a suitable formula to help Legumes, perfectly to do the job of Nitrogen fixation.
Increasing the yield in pulses and oil seeds like groundnut and soyabean and increasing the soil fertility by increasing Nitrogen content in soil is the aim of the invention. This invention is specific to Legumes.
Legumes needs nitrogen in two ways 1) for growth and 2) for protein synthesis and Amino Acids.

I. 20 Kilos Ammonium Sulphate; 3 Kilos of iron sulphate Hepta Hydrate (FeSo4.7H2O); and 3.547 Kilos of Hydroxy Ethyledene di Phosphonic acid or 4.033 Kg Disodium salt of Ethylene diamine terra acetic acid to sequester iron and 5 Kilos WDG 85% sulphur, are blended and 200 grams Ammonium Molebdate {(NH4)6 Mo7 O24 4H2O)} OR 253.66 gram sodium Molybdate (Na2 Mo O4) OR 236.36 gram Iron Molybdate (Fe Mo O4) and 5 kg vitex negundo extract is added and primed to 100 litres after adding 1 kg succinic acid.
II. 20 Kilos Ammonium Sulphate ; 3 Kilos of Iron sulphate Mono Hydrate (FeSO4 H2O) ; and 6.347 kg of Hydroxy Ethyleden di phosphonic acid or 7.218 kg Di-sodium salt of Ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid to sequester iron are blended and 5 Kg WDG 85% sulphur, 200 grams Ammonium Molybdate {(NH4)6 Mo7O24 . 4H2O} or 253.66 gram sodium Molybdate (Na2Mo O4) or 236.36 Iron Molybdate (FeMoO4) and 5 kg vitex negundo extract is added and 1 kg succinic acid added and primed to 100 litres.
III. The same preparation is made a soluble powder by chelating 6 kilos ferrous sulphate Hepta Hydrate (FeSO4 7H2O) with 4.433 kg di sodium salt Hydroxy Ethyledene di phosphoric acid or with 8.067 kg of Di-sodium salt of ethylene diamine tetra acetic

acid and then adding 400 gram Ammonium Molybdate {(NH4)6 Mo7O24 4H2O} or 507.32 gram of sodium Molybdate (Na2MoO4) or All .12 gram of Iron Molybdate (FeMoO4) with 20 kg Ammonium sulphate and vitex negundo crystals from 5 kg extract approximate 200 grams and 1 kg succinic acid and 5kg WDG sulphur and calcium carbonate 24.333 kg to 27.967 kg and 20 kg KCL-MURIATE OF POTASH, 20 kg MgSO4-Magnisum sulphate as buffer and filler is added. After mixing and ball milling a homogenous fine powder of 100 kilos product is obtained.
IV. The preparation is made as a rich soluble powder by chelating 6 kilos Iron sulphate mono hydrate (FeSO4 H2O) with 7.934 kg of Di-Sodium salt of Hydroxy Ethyledene Di-Phosphenic acid or 14.436 kg of Di sodium salt of ethyledene di amine terra acetic acid. And then adding 400 grams Ammonium Molybdate {(NH4)6 Mo7 O24 . 4 H2O} or 507.32 gram of sodium Molybdate (Na2 Mo O4) or 472.22 gram of Iron Molybdate with 20kg Ammonium Sulphate and vitex negundo crystals from 5 kg extract approximately 200 gram and 1 kg succinic acid and 5kg WDG sulphur and 17.964 kg to 24.403 kg calcium carbonate with 20 kg KCL-MURIATE OF POTASH and 20 kg MgSO4-Magnisum

sulphate added and mixed thoroughly in a blender and in Ball milled to get 100 kilos product in a fine mesh and homogenously.
Increasing the Nitrogen contents in Root nodules and increasing yield in Black gram, green gram, Red gram, Bengal gram, Dolichos Beans of different variety of Legumes, cow pea, peas, Rajma beans, Groundnut, French bean, Spring bean, Cluster bean, Soyabean, and other pulses and oilseeds and incidentally enriching the soil to enrich the yield of crops followed by pulses is the role of this product.
There is no prior art in enhancing and stabilysing nitrogen fixation from Atmosphere and storing it in root nodules by legumes. In fact if the elements iron, sulphur, Mobyldenumn, Nitrogen are not there adequately the nitrogen fixation will suffer. Now with this composition it is assured if applied on plants in time. Further to prevent interaction of chemicals, iron is sequestered fully. We have added vitex Negundo extract to help flowering, to prevent pests, and also to mitigate disease entry and succinic Acid is added as Electron transporter. This composition is first time introduced in the world for Legumes.

The primary object is to increase yield, increase quality, increase oil content in pulses, groundnut, and soyabean and also ensure protein content in all Legumes & reduce shrivelled grains and to increase soil fertility.
It is environmental friendly and the composition is totally water soluble and no effluent is left The metallic ions acts effective, after being charged electronically by protein molecules in the plants and plays a vital role in the transfer chemistry by taking two atoms of Nitrogen inside and relea$ing one atom of Nitrogen. Net result one Nitrogen atom is gained by the crops (Legumes) in every reaction.
The composition herein proposed will be made by taking 3 kg FeSO4 7H2O (OR) 3 kg FeSO4 H2O and dissolved in DM. water and it is sequestered respectively with 3.547 kg Hydroxy Ethyledene Di-Phosphenic acid for FeSO4 7H2O or 6.347 kg Hydroxy Ethyledene Di-Phosphenic acid for FeSO4 H2O (And if it is Na EDTA it should be used respectively at 4.033 for Hepta Hydrate Iron Sulphate or 7.218 kg for Mono Hydrate iron sulphate)
After this chelation is over 200 gram Ammonium Molybdate or 253.66 gram sodium Molybdate or 236.36 gram Iron Molybdate is added every time adding De - Mineralized water and stirred well and 5 kg WDG

sulphur is added 1 kg succinic acid is added and 5 kg V. Negundo extract and Ammonium Sulphate 20 kg is added and primed to 100 litres and if needed filter it to get a clear solution.
The composition is made as a soluble powder by mixing 6 kg FeSO4 7H2Q (Hepta Hydrate Iron Sulphate) or 6 kg FeSO4 H2O (Mono Hydrate Iron Sulphate) with 4.433 kg Na2 Hydroxy Ethyledene di Phosphonic acid for FeSO4 7H2O and 7.934 kg Na2 HEDP for FeSO4 H2O (or) Na2 EDTA 8.067 kg for FeSO4 7H2O and 14.436 kg Na2 EDTA for FeSO4 H2O and once the chelation is over powder is mixed well. Add 400 gram Ammonium Molybdate, (or) 507.32 gr sodium Molybdate (OR) 472.72 gr Iron Molybdate and 1 kg succinic acid, 200 gram V. negundo crystal and 20 kg Ammonium Sulphate is added and 17.964 kg to 27.967 kg Calcium carbonate 20 kg MgSO4-Magnisum sulphate, 20 kg KCL-MURIATE OF POTASH as fillers required quantity to make it up to 100 kgs is added and mixed thoroughly and ball milled to fine powder and 100 kilos product is ready.
