| Abstract | Method and composition are provided for effective relief of spasmodic pain slong with the discomfort associated with the excess gas in teh stomach. The composition comprising a method of making an oral drop formyulation is disclosed. The compositons cantain an antispasmodic agent, camylofin dihydrochloride and an antiflatulent substance, simethicone in oral liquid dosage form recommended for the use of chikren and infants. The method includes the preparation of a uniform stable solution of camylofin dihydrochloride and simethicone in the foavored syrupy base and with other pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients. |
