| Abstract | The present invention describes a fillable amalgamation bed and a method of manufacture thereof. The fillable amalgamation bed comprises a plurality of watertight / airtight bags made from the said materials and joined on the periphery and each such bag joined to the other by high frequency sealing. Each of these bags IS provided with interior barriers made of the same said materials. Such barriers are provided with holes to permit the free flow of air / water between the barriers and the other areas of the bags. Each of these airtight / watertight bags made from suitable materials is fitted with a valve to permit the inflow / outflow of air or water. Manufacturing the fillable amalgamation bed of the present invention broadly comprises of the following steps: a) Selecting a proper material which is a correct combination of poly vinyl chloride sheets embedded with cotton textile of graded thickness; b) Cutting these sheets to prearranged contours and sizes; c) Sealing with high frequency sealing the valves meant for inlet / outlet of air / water to the layer of material; d) Joining the interior barriers to the Inner layers of the top and bottom of the formative watertight / airtight bags; e) Joining the prearranged and contoured panels of the said materials to form a bag, by means of high frequency sealing; f) Sealing by high frequency sealing the individual watertight / airtight bags in sequence; and g) Enduringly joining together the plurality of watertight / airtight bags. |
