1. ' A BIOGAS DIGESTER COVER WITH BRACKETS.
2.
(A) SHENZHEN PUXIN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
(B) A COMPANY INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF CHINA
(C) Rm. 309, Park 2, Shenzhen Oversea Chinese Founder's Park in Long Gang, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518172,

The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

The present invention relates to a removable cover of a hydraulic biogas digester and, more particularly, to a biogas digester cover with brackets.
Background Art
The Chinese Patent ZL03201184.3 "Foldable Biogas Digester Cover" disclosed a structure of a removable cover for a biogas digester, wherein three reinforcing beams are installed on top of the cover body, and a removable locking device is installed on the reinforcing beams. The removable locking device inserts into the inner wall at the opening of the biogas digester, so that the removable cover can be fixed inside the opening of the biogas digester. When biogas is stored in the removable gas cover, the removable gas cover cannot float upward because it is fixed inside the digester. In practice, removable gas covers with such a structure can satisfy the application requirements of biogas digesters. However, in practice, flaws are found in removable gas covers with such a structure. Since the cover body joins the opening of the gas digester by three reinforcing beams to fix the cover and prevent it from floating upward, i.e. the three reinforcing beams push down the gas cover from the top thereof. When the removable gas cover is under the pressure of the gas inside the digester, the cover body, under the restraints of the three reinforcing beams, is prone to be deformed. Therefore, the existing cover body is required to have high anti-deformation rigidity and strength. This increases the production cost of the removable gas cover and it also affects the life span of the removable gas cover due to its inappropriate structure.

Summary of the Invention
The present invention aims at overcoming said defects that exist in said removable gas cover of hydraulic biogas digesters and provides a gas cover with brackets which can dramatically lower the anti-deformation rigidity and strength requirements of the cover body, so that the production cost of the gas cover can be greatly reduced and the life-span of the same can be extended.
The biogas digester cover with brackets of the present invention includes a cover body with a gas nozzle, wherein a reinforcing ring is provided at the opening of the cover, and at least two brackets are provided on the reinforcing ring of the opening at the lower edge of the cover body for fixing the cover body inside the opening of the biogas digester.
Three brackets are provided on the lower edge of said cover body.
The design principles of the present invention include: fixing the gas cover at the lower edge instead of at the top, i.e.: moving the point of force to the lower edge of the cover body, wherein the point of force prevents the cover body from floating upward and fixes the cover body, thus the cover body can keep its natural hemisphere shape without being deformed. As the gas cover is fixed by the brackets mounted on the lower edge of the cover body, it is only required that the lower edge of the cover body have high rigidity and intensity. Since there is no requirement on the rigidity of the cover body and little requirements on the intensity of the same, the cover body can even be a soft body.
Such a change in structure results in more reasonably assigned stress on the cover body and dramatically lowered requirements of rigidity and intensity on the same, thus the production cost of the cover body can be greatly reduced and the life-span of the gas cover can be extended.
The biogas digester cover with brackets in the present invention is scientific in design, reasonable in structure, and convenient in application. By making use of the brackets provided around the opening of the cover body, the gas cover

can be handily fixed inside the opening of the biogas digester with pins. Not only does the present invention have the functions of the removable gas covers in prior art and satisfy the requirements of normal use, but also overcomes the defects of the removable gas covers in the prior art, such as overall strict requirements of material, high production cost and short life-span. The present invention is a removable gas cover that better satisfies the application requirements.
The detailed structure of the biogas digester cover with brackets in the present invention will be given in detail in the following figures and embodiments.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments
Embodiments: As is clearly shown in Fig.l and Fig.2, this is a biogas digester cover with brackets that has a gas nozzle 12 provided at the top thereof and comprises a cover body 1 and athree brackets 2. Said cover body 1 is a hemisphere shell structure. A reinforcing ring 11 is joined to the round opening of the cover body 1, and a gas nozzle 12 is provided at the top of the cover body 1. Three brackets 2 are installed around the reinforcing ring 11 of the opening of the cover body 1, for fixing the cover body 1 to the opening of the biogas digester.
As is shown in Fig. 3, said bracket 2 comprises a triangle 22 and a cylinder 21 provided on the vertex of the triangle 22,

so that a pin 3 can be placed through the cylinder 21. The base of the tripod 22 is an arc side 221 that has the same radian as that of the reinforcing ring 11. Connecting holes 223 are provided on the arc side 221, so that the triangle 22 can be connected and installed. The arc side 221 is fixed on the reinforcing ring 11 with bolts.
Said bracket 2 can also be in the form as is shown in Fig.4. The cylinder 21 is hinged to the top of the triangle 22, and the ends of the two bevel sides 222 of the triangle 22 are also hinged to the both ends of the arc side 221. This makes each connecting end of the bracket 2 a movable joint, so as to facilitate the installation process.
Said cylinder 21 is an W -shaped horseshoe structure, wherein: connecting holes are provided respectively on the two sides 221 of the opening of the cylinder 21; the two bevel sides 222 of the triangle 22 are S in shape and the two ends of each bevel side 222 are provided with connecting holes; two U-shaped members 224 with connecting holes are installed on the arc side 221 of the triangle 22; the top ends of the two bevel sides 222 draw close and then insert into the two sides 221 of the opening of the cylinder 21, and are connected with a bolt; the branched ends of the bevel sides 222 respectively insert into the U-shaped members 224 on the arc side 221, and are connected respectively with bolts. The advantage of this bracket is that the relative angle between cylinder 21 and triangle 22, and the relative angle between the two bevel sides 222 and the arc side 221, can be adjusted, so that the biogas digester cover with brackets can be easily fixed inside the opening of the digester.
In order to offset the atmospheric pressure, a venthole 13 with a seal cap 14 (as is shown in Fig. 5) is provided at the top of the cover body 1 of the gas cover. Thread 131 is provided around the inner wall of the venthole 13, and a step 132 is provided for placing a seal ring 15. Thread 141 that matches the thread 131 on the inner wall of venthole 13 is provided at the bottom of the seal cap 14 so that the seal cap 14 and the venthole 13 are joined by thread connection. The

seal connection is ensured by the seal ring 15 between the step 132 of the venthole 13 and the seal cap 14. A gas nozzle 12 is provided at the top of the seal cap 14.
As is shown in Fig.6, the biogas digester cover with brackets in the present invention is installed on the concrete biogas digester. First, pin holes are provided at the inner wall of the opening 4 of the concrete biogas digester, at locations corresponding to the cylinder 21 at the vertex of all the brackets of the gas cover. Then the biogas digester cover with brackets is disposed in the opening 4 of the digester. Three pins 3 respectively pass through the cylinder 21 of the bracket 2 and insert into the pin holes at the inner wall of the digester, and the biogas digester cover with brackets can be fixed inside the opening 4 of the digester.
The foregoing preferred detailed embodiments are provided as illustrative of the present invention only, and it is not intended that the embodiments of the present invention are limited to those described. Certain changes and substitution can be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, and should be considered within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
