| Abstract | A product and process for manufacture of calorie control sugar wherein the raw sugar crystals are micro coated with a high intensity sweetener like sucralose or other high intensity sweetener either by solution coating and drying in a vacuum dryer with a agitator or powder coating in a mixer agitator with injection of steam to melt and make the high intensity sweetener to adhere to the sugar crystals and subsequent hot air injection to dry the sugar crystals and in both the process the quantity of sucralose or other high intensity sweetener is 0.5% to 6% to the weight of sugar so coated. |
