Abstract | Disclosed is a compound having an excellent DGAT inhibiting activity and an excellent anorexigenic activity or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof [in the formula, R1 represents a phenylaminocarbonyl group which may be substituted by 1 to 5 substituents independently selected from the members of the substituent group (A), a benzoxazol-2-yl group which may be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the members of the substituent group (A), or the like; R2's independently represent a C1-C6 alkyl group; R3 represents a group represented by formula -C(=O)-O-R4, or the like; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group which may be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the members of the substituent group (B), or the like; X represents an oxygen atom, a methylene group, a group represented by formula -NH-, or the like; L represents a single bond, a methylene group, or the like; a mark ' ' represents a single bond or a double bond; m represents a number of 1 or 2; n represents an integer of 0 to 5; the substituent group (A) includes a halogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 halogenated alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, and others; the substituent group (B) includes a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group, a carboxyl group, and others.] (I) |
