| Abstract | The invention relates to a method for adjusting the temperature of water released for product pasteurisation, wherein the heat transfer into products is taken into consideration for adjusting the water temperature. The invention also relates to a method for adjusting the temperature of water released for product pasteurisation on several superimposed decks, wherein the water temperature on at least one deck positioned below an upper deck is taken into account for adjusting the water temperature. Corresponding pasteurisation tunnels and a pasteurisation tunnel provided with at least three superimposed decks, wherein the water released on the products of the upper deck is used for at least three decks are also disclosed. |
