Ambulance accessory system comprises; support means (8) mounted at floor of vehicle on opposite side to the stretcher support frame for providing seat for attendee, oxygen cylinder mounting means (9) behind the co driver’s seat and washing means (5) with dustbin (6) underneath of said washing means (5) behind the driver’s seat. Mounting means (7) is provided on the roof of the said ambulance above attendee’s seat for mounting fan. Said ambulance accessory system also comprises light fixture means (3,3) at the rear end and middle of roof top for mounting lighting system. FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention is related to the ambulance system and more particularly it relates to the ambulance system with integrated adjustable improved stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient and ambulance accessories thereof. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION Generally ambulance are used to carry serious patient to the hospitals or to transfer from one place to other place, for making ambulances required make of vehicle is purchased and converted it in to the ambulance for general purpose. Existing ambulances doesn't have enough features or facilities to take care of serious patient during the transportation which causes great difficulties in attending patient which leads to threat of their life. One of major flaw in the existing ambulance system is the fixed stretcher support structure which cannot be adjusted in the required position as per the ease and convenience for the doctors and attendees. During transportation of patient existing stretcher needs to be properly held or fastened with suitable means in order to secure the said stretcher at required place. For loading and unloading of stretcher with patient is difficult because stretcher support structure is usually fixed with the floor of vehicles. In existing ambulance system, accessories like washing means , dustbin means, fan means , oxygen cylinder mounting means , fire extinguisher mounting means are not provided , which are the basic amenities required in the ambulance. So ambulance system should be equipped with sophisticated features for ease in handling patient during transit. OBJECT OF INVENTION Main object of the invention is to provide an ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient. Another object of the present invention is to provide an ambulance system with improved accessories for ease in handling patient. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure which is user friendly system. STATEMENT OF INVENTION Ambulance system with integrated adjustable improved stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient comprises; stretcher support frame mounted on the floor of the vehicle for mounting stretcher , said stretcher support frame comprises; cross adjustment means mounted underneath of the said stretcher support frame for movement of said stretcher in lateral direction for facilitating easy entry and exit of patient on stretcher to the ambulance, stretcher locking means mounted on top of the said stretcher support frame adapted to receive the pin member mounted on the said stretcher, at least two outer channel groove rails mounted longitudinally on top edge of said stretcher support frame ,at least two inner channel groove rails disposed longitudinally adjacent to the said outer channel groove rails , wherein said stretcher locking means configured to be adopted with first lever for locking and unlocking through the said pin member mounted at bottom of the said stretcher, Said cross adjustment means comprises flange member having teeth portion mounted on said stretcher support frame for engaging with the plate member mounted underneath of said stretcher support frame for engaging with the said teeth portion of said flange member, second lever for push and pull operation connected to the lever rods which is connected to the said stretcher support frame for operating the said cross adjustment means to facilitate the movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient ,in accordance with this invention, wherein stretcher locking means comprises cams configured to be rotated about its pivot to receive said pin member to lock the said stretcher. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient, in accordance with this invention,, wherein said cams mounted on said pivot having slot to receive the pin member provided on the said stretcher. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient, in accordance with this invention, wherein said plate member comprises at least two through apertures to engage the teeth portion of said flange member. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient, in accordance with this invention, wherein said cross locking means comprises second lever at both the longitudinal end of said stretcher support frame for adjusting the movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction from both the ends of said stretcher support frame. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient ,in accordance with this invention, wherein said cross locking means comprises at least two lever rods connected to said second lever configured to be adopted for operating said cross locking means for providing movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient, in accordance with this invention, wherein said flange member comprises plurality of teeth portion for engaging with the said aperture provided on the said plate member provided on the said stretcher support frame. Ambulance accessory system comprises; support means mounted at floor of vehicle on opposite side to the said stretcher support frame for providing seat for attendee, oxygen cylinder mounting means mounted on the floor of vehicle behind the co driver's seat , washing means with dustbin underneath of said washing means behind the driver's seat, mounting means provided on the roof of the said ambulance above attendee's seat for providing fan which faces the patient stretcher for providing the air to the patient, light fixture means at the middle portion and at the end of roof top for providing lighting system, fire extinguisher mounting means provided on the rear side of the left wall of the vehicle, curtain mounting means provided longitudinally at the middle portion of the roof top of vehicle for providing curtain means, spare wheel mounting means provided between the rear of driver's seat and the said washing means. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION An ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient and ambulance accessories thereof comprises; stretcher support frame (19,20) mounted on the floor of the vehicle and cross adjustment means (17,18)mounted underneath of the said stretcher support frame (19,20) for movement of stretcher in lateral direction for facilitating easy loading and unloading of patient on stretcher to the ambulance, stretcher locking means(15) mounted on top of the said stretcher support frame which locks the stretcher when the stretcher is placed on the stretcher frame, wherein said stretcher support frame comprises at least two outer channel groove rails mounted longitudinally at top edge of the said stretcher support frame disposed at both the sides of the said stretcher support frame. Said stretcher locking means (15) comprises cams (30, 31) and first lever (16) configured to be operable when said lever is pushed and pulled to lock and unlock the said stretcher. Said cross adjustment means (17, 18,22) comprises second lever (25) for push and pull operation connected to the lever rods (23,24) which is connected to the said stretcher support frame .said cross adjustment means (17,18,22) also comprises flange member (22) having teeth portion (18) for engaging with the plate member (17). Said plate member (17) comprises holes or aperture provided therein for engaging with the teeth portion of said flange member. Ambulance accessories system comprises support structure (8) on opposite side to the said stretcher support frame for providing seat for attendee. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, further comprises, support means (8) mounted at floor of vehicle on opposite side to the said stretcher support frame for providing seat for attendee, oxygen cylinder mounting means (9) mounted on the floor of vehicle behind the co-driver's seat, washing means (5) with dustbin (6) underneath of said washing means (5) behind the driver's seat, mounting means (7) provided on the roof of the said ambulance above attendee's seat for providing fan which faces the patient stretcher for providing the air to the patient, light fixture means (3,3) at the middle portion and at the end of the roof top for providing lighting system, fire extinguisher mounting means, (12) provided on the rear side of the left wall of the vehicle, curtain mounting means provided longitudinally at the middle portion of the rooftop of vehicle for providing curtain means, spare wheel mounting means (4) provided between the rear of driver's seat and the said washing means. Figure-8 shows the side view of the stretcher with rollers provided therein DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same, Now referring to figure 1 to 8 , Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient comprises; stretcher support frame (19,20) mounted on the floor of the vehicle ,cross adjustment means (17,18,22) mounted underneath of the said stretcher support frame for movement of the said stretcher in the lateral direction for facilitating easy loading and unloading of stretcher with patient to the ambulance, stretcher locking means(15) mounted on the top of the said stretcher support frame adapted to receive the pin member (29) mounted at bottom of said stretcher which locks the stretcher when the stretcher is placed on the said stretcher support frame, said stretcher support frame comprises at least two outer channel groove rails (13,13) mounted longitudinally on the top edge of the said stretcher support frame, at least two inner channel groove rails (14,14) disposed longitudinally adjacent to the said outer channel groove rails (13,13), Said stretcher locking means (15) comprises cams (30,31) and first lever (16) configured to be operable when said lever is pushed and pulled to lock and unlock the said stretcher . Said cross adjustment means (17, 18, 22) comprises flange member (22) having teeth portion (18) for engaging with the plate member (17). Said flange member comprises plurality of teeth portion for engaging with the said aperture provided on the said plate member provided on the said stretcher support frame. Said plate member (17) comprises holes or aperture provided therein for engaging with the teeth portion of said flange member, second lever (25) for push and pull operation connected to the lever rods (23, 24) which is connected to the said stretcher support frame . Said cross locking means comprises second lever at both the longitudinal end of said stretcher support frame for adjusting the movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction from both the ends of said stretcher support frame. Said Stretcher (27) comprises at least four rollers (26) of plastic material, at least two of said roller (26) mounted on each side of said stretcher ( 27) to seat on the said outer channel groove rails (13,13) provided on the top of said stretcher support frame and at least two rollers (28) of plastic material mounted at bottom of said stretcher (27) to seat on the said inner channel groove rails (14,14) mounted on top of said stretcher support frame and adjacent to the said outer channel groove rails (14,14). The said rollers (26, 28) are mounted at the bottom of said stretcher (27) with suitable mounting arrangement. Lateral distance between two sides of said rollers (26) is equal to the lateral distance between said outer channel grooves rails (14, 14) provided on the said stretcher support frame. Said stretcher (27) comprises pin member (29) mounted at the bottom of the said stretcher(27) which fits in to the slots of said cams (30,31) provided in the said stretcher locking means (15). The said cams (30,31) provided on the said locking means (15) are configured to rotate about its pivot while locking and unlocking operation of said stretcher (27) through said pin member (29). Ambulance accessory system comprises; support means (8) mounted at the floor of vehicle for providing seat for attendee on opposite side to the said stretcher support frame( 19,20), Rear facing mounting means (10) provided behind the co-drivers seat for mounting seats for attending doctor. Ambulance system also comprises oxygen cylinder mounting means (9) behind the co driver's seat and washing means (5) with dustbin (6) underneath of said washing means (5) behind the driver's seat. Mounting means (7) is provided on the roof of the said ambulance above attendee's seat for mounting fan which faces the patient stretcher for providing the air to the patient. Said ambulance system also comprises light fixture means (3,3) at the rear end and middle of roof top for mounting lighting system. Curtain fixture means provided longitudinally at the middle of roof top of vehicle for providing curtain means. Fire extinguisher mounting means (12) mounted at the left side of the side wall at the rear end of said side wall for mounting fire extinguisher. The foregoing description is a specific embodiment of the present invention. It should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof. WE CLAIM 1. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable improved stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient comprises; stretcher support frame mounted on the floor of the vehicle for mounting stretcher , said stretcher support frame comprises; cross adjustment means mounted underneath of the said stretcher support frame for movement of said stretcher in lateral direction for facilitating easy entry and exit of patient on stretcher to the ambulance, stretcher locking means mounted on top of the said stretcher support frame adapted to receive the pin member mounted on the said stretcher, at least two outer channel groove rails mounted longitudinally on top edge of said stretcher support frame ,at least two inner channel groove rails disposed longitudinally adjacent to the said outer channel groove rails , wherein said stretcher locking means configured to be adopted with first lever for locking and unlocking through the said pin member mounted at bottom of the said stretcher, Said cross adjustment means comprises flange member having teeth portion mounted on said stretcher support frame for engaging with the plate member mounted underneath of said stretcher support frame for engaging with the said teeth portion of said flange member, second lever for push and pull operation connected to the lever rods which is connected to the said stretcher support frame for operating the said cross adjustment means to facilitate the movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction. 2. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein stretcher locking means comprises cams configured to be rotated about its pivot to receive said pin member to lock the said stretcher. 3. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 2, wherein said cams mounted on said pivot having slot to receive the pin member provided on the said stretcher. 4. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plate member comprises at least two through apertures to engage the teeth portion of said flange member. 5. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cross locking means comprises second lever at both the longitudinal end of said stretcher support frame for adjusting the movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction from both the ends of said stretcher support frame. 6. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cross locking means comprises at least two lever rods connected to said second lever configured to be adopted for operating said cross locking means for providing movement of said stretcher in the lateral direction. 7. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein said flange member comprises plurality of teeth portion for engaging with the said aperture provided on the said plate member provided on the said stretcher support frame. 8. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient as claimed in claim 1, further comprises, support means mounted at floor of vehicle on opposite side to the said stretcher support frame for providing seat for attendee, oxygen cylinder mounting means mounted on the floor of vehicle behind the co-driver's seat, washing means with dustbin underneath of said washing means behind the driver's seat, mounting means provided on the roof of the said ambulance above attendee's seat for providing fan which faces the patient stretcher for providing the air to the patient, light fixture means at the middle portion and at the end of the roof top for providing lighting system, fire extinguisher mounting means provided on the rear side of the left wall of the vehicle, curtain mounting means provided longitudinally at the middle portion of the roof top of vehicle for providing curtain means, spare wheel mounting means provided between the rear of driver's seat and the said washing means. 9. Ambulance system with integrated adjustable stretcher support structure for carrying emergency patient and improved ambulance accessory substantially as herein described with reference to accompanying drawings.
