Usman Shekhani C/o Radio Corner Bhanupratappur, dist- Kanker, Chattisgarh - 494669 The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed Field of invention This invention relates a device for making sticks which is useful for incense, ear buds, teeth stick etc., manufacturing industries. Background of invention There are various types of tools; cutter, machines and device are known in the art. Some of the known hand operated as well as motorised tools are bamboo splitting tools (8 & 16 blades), Bamboo splitting machine, bamboo round sticks gadget, Bamboo pole cutter, bamboo outer node remover, bamboo shaver, bamboo sizer, bamboo scraper, bamboo hand splitter, bamboo chip cutter, bamboo slicing machine, bamboo splitting machine. These tools are developed by RDTDC Bangalore (India) and INBAR (Philippines). One of the devices developed by TIFAC (India) is different in construction. One of bamboo cutter devices disclosed in Japanese patent no. JP2004167957 is known 'as Bamboo stick processing device, and two Chinese patent disclosed in CN2115881U and CN2214938U known as Round Bamboo stick shaper and Bamboo stick conveying device of incense-making machine respectively are different in construction. Another devices developed by INBAR known in the art comprises a table of around 3 .feet high. A horizontal slot is cut at its center longitudinally of almost 6" to 1 feet width. A main shaft is rotatably supported by bearing at this central slot. A manual handle or a motor shaft is attached at one end of the main shaft to give it rotation. A strip cutter unit is supported on the table such that its two shafts one above the other get the drive from the said main shaft through some gear drive or chain drive and rotate in opposite direction with each other. A plurality of cutter blades is fitted on the periphery of each of t these oppositely rotated shafts. When bamboo strips are fed in the gap in-between the cutter of these oppositely rotated shafts, strips are cut into the thin sticks. More than one strip cutter unit can be place on the table of machine such that they get the drive from the main shaft of the machine and can increase the output of the machine by utilizing the same amount of electric power. So energy can be utilized properly. 2 Yet another Chip-forming device disclosed in US patent no. 4002300 comprises a housing means having a peripheral inner wall surface, a cutter cage mounted within the housing means and spaced from the peripheral inner wall surface, the cutter cage having a plurality of chip-cutting blades, means for feeding coarse material to the cutter cage to be formed into chips by the chip-cutting blades and hurled radially outwardly against the peripheral inner wall surface, and cleaning means mounted in the housing means adjacent the peripheral inner wall surface thereof and revolvable in brushing engagement with the ' sinner wall surface. Still another wood stump splitting apparatus disclosed in European patent no. EP0334741, comprises a splitting chamber for receiving a plurality of various sized wood stumps. The splitting chamber has one wall including a splitter grid. Press is provided for pressing the wood stumps against cutting edges of the splitter grid and pushing the plurality of wood stumps through the splitter grid apertures. Press includes a plurality of longitudinal, spaced-apart pushing members which push the stumps through grid apertures and ensure complete extrusion of wood pieces and prevent sticking of the compressed wood pieces in grid apertures. .Another splitting apparatus disclosed in Canadian patent no. CA2031440 comprises a log into four pieces avoids the problems of sticking the log on the wedge by positioning the splitting assembly to permit the split portions of the log to separate as vertical splitting is started prior to horizontal splitting Disadvantages of the prior art There are disadvantages associated with the prior art. One of the main disadvantages is that the conventional devices are so expensive and not affordable to poor people. Another disadvantage is that in the conventional device to electricity is required and maintenance is also difficult. 2 Yet another disadvantage is that the some of the conventional device require higher degree of labour power. Still another disadvantage is that some of the conventional device has a lot of wastage of raw material. Objects and advantages of the present invention Therefore the main object of the present invention is to provide a stick making device 'which produces the stick with uniformity. Another object of the present invention is to provide a stick making device which is low in cost, easy in operation, eco friendly and portable. jStill another object of the present invention to provide a stick making device which require less maintenance Another object of the present invention is to provide a stick making device which saves considerable amount of time for producing the stick compare to manual method by using knife. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a stick making device which reduces the inaccuracy in stick thickness and in turn reduces labor dependency for stick production rate used for 'agarbau', ear buds, tooth pin etc. 'Still another object of the present invention is to provide a stick making device which don't require electricity to run it. Another object of the present invention is to provide a stick making device which could vary the thickness of the sticks by adjusting the blades of the unique handy cutter. 4 Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a stick making machine which .minimize the wastage of raw material The following description contains many specifics; these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of the invention, but rather as an exemplification of one preferred embodiment thereof. Many other variations are possible accordingly the scope of the invention should not be limited to the embodiment illustrated, and the alterations and 'variations may be treated within the spirit and scope of this invention. Statement of the Invention According to the present invention there is provided a stick making device comprising a base frame, a vertical support being secured at one end of the base frame, plurality of 'cutter blades adopted to be connected with the vertical support, a spring loaded roller being connected with the vertical support, said roller used to guide the bamboo chips towards cutter blades being supported by specially design roller frame of the device, a metal strip being secured with the vertical support. Brief description of invention i ■ ■ In accordance with this invention a stick making device has a base frame and vertical support. Vertical support is secured at one end of the base frame. A plurality of the stick cutter blades is connected with the vertical support in different vertical plane. A spring loaded roller is connected with the vertical support pivotally. A spring loaded roller is 'used to guide the bamboo chips towards cutter blades'which is supported by specially design roller frame of the device. A spring is mounted on the frame of roller which helps to accommodate different thickness of the bamboo chips. A metal strip is secured with the bottom of the vertical support. Detailed description of invention The stick making device according to a preferred embodiment is herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings wherein; 5 Fig.l shows the perspective view of the stick making device Fig.2 shows the left side view of the stick making device Fig.3 shows the perspective view of the spring loaded roller ■Fig.4 shows the back view of the stick making device Referring to the drawings particularly Fig 1 & Fig. 2, a stick making device has a rectangular base frame (1). A rectangular vertical support (2) is secured at one end of the rectangular base frame (1). A plurality of the stick cutter blades (3) is connected with the .vertical support (2) in different vertical plane (4) (see fig. 4) in such a way that the distance between the blades (3) are fixed. The pointed portions (5) of the cutter blades (3) are secured with the base frame (1) to avoid moving and vibrations. Vertical support (2) is used to provide support to stick cutter blades (3) and spring loaded roller (6). . A spring loaded roller (6) (fig. 3) is connected with the vertical support (2) pivotally. Spring loaded roller (6) is used to guide the bamboo chips during the cutting operation towards cutter blades (3) which is supported by specially design roller frame (7) of the device. A spring (8) is mounted on the frame (7) of roller (9) which helps to accommodate different thickness of the bamboo chips. A metal strip (10) is secured with the bottom of the vertical support (2) to minimize the friction force and reduce the wear 'and tear of the device. During the operation of the device when bamboo chip/strip is pushed towards the spring loaded roller, it displaces the roller position slightly in upper direction as per the thickness of the strip. The strip/chip is guided toward the stick cutter blades by spring (loaded roller mechanism, which also reduces the undue, forces required for pushing. The plurality of stick cutter blades cut the strip/chip in to uniform sticks. 6 Claim: 1. A stick making device comprising a base frame, a vertical support being secured at one end of the base frame, plurality of cutter blades adopted to be connected with the vertical support, a spring loaded roller being connected with the vertical support, said roller used to guide the bamboo chips towards cutter blades being supported by specially design roller frame of the device, a metal strip being secured with the vertical support. 2.
