Abstract | In accordance with this invention, Device for Clamping, Unclamping, Lifting & Moving-Objects comprising; base plate, An actuator mounting plate, An jacking means to lift actuator mounting plate and move it to a required position along T slots axis, T-slots provided on said base plate, A stepped screw means for rotating screw in clockwise direction and tightening said jacking means located in said T slots and enable said actuator mounting plate to fix rigidly with said base plate, Bearing bush means mounted rigidly on said actuator mounting plate for restricting the upward movement of said screw means, Roller means provided on the said jacking means by means of dowel which enables for moving whole assembly to move along the said T-slots, thrust ball bearing mounted at top end of collar of said screw. The said clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of said screw makes it possible to clamp, unclamp, lift the device and said roller mounted at T nut bottom makes possible to move device freely along the said T slots, entire activities can be done within 5-10 minutes only. This device can be used where ever movement of any assembly is required along T-Slots. |

FIELD OF INVENTION The invention is related to job handling device and more particularly it relates to four poster actuators handling which is used for clamping, unclamping , lifting and moving the objects. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION Generally the actuators are used for Durability Test of different vehicles in Four poster test rig. The said test rig needs to be moved in X Direction to adjust Minimum and Maximum Wheel Track Distances. Conventionally this activity is done by unscrewing the Bolts of actuator mounting plate which is rigidly mounted on Base plate then lifting said actuator mounting plate by means of screw jack and moving it manually in T- slots provided in Base plate. This is done for all the four actuators used for four posters. This activity is cumbersome and needs lot of time to adjust wheel track as per different models used on Four posters. This time consuming process and it required at least two hours to do this activity. OBJECTS OF INVENTION The Main object of the present Invention is to provide a device for clamping, unclamping, lifting and moving an object. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for clamping, unclamping and lifting and moving an object which reduce downtime of four Poster Rig while setting Rig for different vehicles. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for clamping ,unclamping and lifting and moving an object which reduces efforts. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for clamping, unclamping and lifting and moving an object which eliminates use of any lifting devices like cranes. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for clamping, unclamping and lifting and moving an object which reduces the use of Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic power resources. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for clamping, unclamping and lifting and moving an object which requires only one manpower to handle the activity, easier in handling and also its easier in handling & operation. STATEMENT OF INVENTION Accordingly the invention provides an object handling device for clamping, unclamping, lifting and moving objects comprising; at least one base plate having T slots; at least one actuator assembly configured for clamping, unclamping, lifting and moving objects further comprising at least one actuator mounting plate; at least one jacking means configured to be accommodated and slide in the 'T' slot provided on said base plate; screw means configured for lifting said actuator mounting plate above said base plate as well as for clamping said actuator mounting plate rigidly to said base plate; bearing bush means mounted rigidly on said actuator mounting plate configured to restrict upward movement of said screw means to facilitate lifting of said actuator mounting plate; at least one roller means mounted on cylindrical pin configured to be pivotally mounted on said jacking means; at least one thrust ball bearing mounted on the top end of the screw means configured to withstand axial loads; at least one thrust washer for tightening the screw means. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same. In accordance with this invention, An object handling Device for Clamping, Unclamping, Lifting & Moving-Objects comprising; base plate(Ol), An actuator mounting plate-(02),An jacking means (3) to lift actuator mounting plate-(02) and move it to a required position along T slots axis, T-slOts provided on said base plate (01), A stepped screw means (04) for rotating screw in clockwise direction and tightening said jacking means (03) located in said T slots and enable said actuator mounting plate-(02) to fix rigidly with said base plate-(01),Bearing bush means-(05) mounted rigidly on said actuator mounting plate for restricting the upward movement of said stepped screw means (04), Roller means (06) provided on the said jacking means (03) by means of cylindrical pin (10) which enables for moving whole assembly to move along the said T-slots, thrust ball bearing-(07) mounted at top end of collar of said stepped screw (04). Said jacking means is a T—nut. Said lead screw (04) is rotated in anticlockwise direction which enables said T nut-(03) to be loosened in a said T slots. The Further rotation of said stepped screw (04) in anticlockwise direction, the said T-nut (03) moves axially downward and touches the ground surface of said T slot. Since movement of said stepped screw (04) in upward direction is restricted by said bearing bush(05) mounted rigidly by bolt means on said actuator mounting plate(02), and said stepped screw(04) is further rotated in anticlockwise direction for lifting said actuator mounting plate(02) against said T nut (03)- Said bearing bush (05) is fixed on said actuator mounting plate (02) with the help of fixing means (09) like Allen screw After said actuator mounting plate (02) is sufficiently lifted and as said rolIer-06 is fixed in the said T- Nut by means of cylindrical pin (10) which is free to rotate about its axis, whole assembly can be moved along said T- slots at required position manually. After moving entire assembly or unit at required distance, said stepped screw (04) is rotated in clockwise direction till said actuator mounting plate(02) seats properly on the said base plate (01), further rotation of said stepped screw(04) will enable said T-Nut (03) to be tightened against said actuator mounting plate(02), At least one thrust ball bearing (07) is mounted at top end of collar of said screw to take axial loads and smoothen the rotation while lifting said actuator mounting plate (02) and at least one thrust washer (08) is mounted at the bottom end of the collar of said stepped screw (04) for tightening. Said base plate (01) is firmly mounted on the grouted channel on the ground with the help of bolt (11) and nut (12). After moving at desired position of actuator mounting plate (02), said stepped screw (04) can be rotated anticlockwise, so that said actuator mounting plate (02) sit down on said base plate (01) which can be again clamped firmly with said base plate (01) by further rotation of said stepped screw (04) in anticlockwise direction. The said clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of said stepped screw (04) makes it possible to clamp, unclamp, lift the device (13) and said roller (06) mounted at T nut bottom makes possible to move device freely along the said T slots with the help of this device, entire activities is done within 5-10 minutes only. In present case the device (13) is actuator assembly which is mounted on the said actuator mounting plate (02) with conventional means so that entire assembly can be moved along the said T slots. This device can be used where ever movement of any assembly or object is required to move along T-Slots. The foregoing description is a specific embodiment of the present invention. It should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof. WE CLAIM 1. An object handling device for clamping, unclamping, lifting and moving objects comprising; at least one base plate having T slots ; at least one actuator assembly configured for clamping, unclamping, lifting and moving objects further comprising at least one actuator mounting plate; at least one jacking means configured to be accommodated and slide in the T' slots provided on said base plate; screw means configured for lifting said mounting plate above said base plate as well as for clamping said actuator mounting plate rigidly to said base plate; bearing bush mounted rigidly on said actuator mounting plate configured to restrict upward movement of said screw means to facilitate lifting of said actuator mounting plate; at least one roller means mounted on cylindrical pin configured to be pivotally mounted on said jacking means; at least one thrust ball bearing mounted on the top end of the screw means configured to withstand axial loads; at least one thrust washer for tightening the screw means. 2. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said jacking means is a 'T nut, 3. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said screw means is the stepped screw having collar near its top end, 4. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1 and 2, wherein anticlockwise rotation of said screw means facilitates axial downward movement of said jacking means to lift said actuator mounting plate above said base plate. 5. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1 and 2, wherein clockwise rotation of said screw means facilitates axial upward movement of said jacking means to seat it on said base plate and on further rotation to rigidly clamp said actuator mounting plate to said base plate. 6. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bearing bush is mounted on said actuator mounting plate by Allen screw. 7. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said roller means are configured to move the said device along said 'T' slots. 8. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base plate is firmly fastened on the grouted channel on the ground by fastening means. 9. The object handling device as claimed in claim 1 and 3, wherein said thrust washer is mounted between the actuator mounting plate and the bottom of said collar. 10.
