The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention & the manner in which it is performed:

The present invention relates to a device which is "an improved PU foam glass cleaner with spray gun".
At present, various methods are used for cleaning glasses and surfaces. These conventional methods include use of a cloth to wipe out dust, or using water, soap water, etc.
The Conventional method of cleaning glass using cloth and water is somewhat inconvenient to user. It consumes user's energy as well as time. Further, the cloth needs frequent washing to remove out the dust assembled in it.
Some of the similar products available in the market include devices consisting of a plastic bottle, a button spray, and a sponge to clear the surface.
This method has some drawbacks as listed below.
The button spray used in conventional method has very small life. It gets damaged very soon. Also the amount of water being spread out is predetermined and fixed. It can not be changed or controlled. Moreover, range of the water coming out of the nozzle is small. So, it needs spraying from very short distance. This further decreases the net output obtained.
Also, the cap of the nozzle becomes somewhat inconvenient to remove out when using the spray.
Due to all these drawbacks mentioned above, the conventional methods are not convenient to user.

The present invention An Improved PU foam Glass cleaner with spray gun' is developed with the principal objective of eliminating all the drawbacks of conventional methods. Some of the objectives are listed below.
The new invention should not use a button spray, but it should use advanced gun spray. Because of this, the spray will last longer and will provide a better performance.
The spray used should provide a higher range of spray. It should provide a facility of controlling the force depending upon requirements.
The spray should provide a long term service. It should provide a sturdy, durable and reliable spraying system and should not get damaged soon.
The present invention 'An Improved PU foam glass cleaner with spray gun' is designed with a goal of providing a glass or surface cleaner which will be cost effective and will provide easy operation. The product has been successfully developed and perfected. It fulfills ail the above mentioned objectives.
The present invention 'An improved PU foam glass cleaner with spray gun' will now be explained in details with the help of accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows the perspective view of the improved glass cleaner.
Figure 1 illustrates water container 1, gun spray 2, PU foam 3 and rubber strip 4.
As shown in the figure 1, the new device consists of a plastic bottle (1), or water container, a handle to hold the device a rubber strip (4) and foam (3) to clean the glass and a spray gun.
The device is made up of high density (HD) virgin poly propylene plastic, rubber and PU foam. First, individual spare parts of the device are prepared by the conventional

process of plastic moulding, where, a plastic preform is heat treated to obtain the required shape.
In this process of plastic moulding, the preform is placed in a preforms can be pressure moulded or heat moulded as per conventional methods to obtain the required shape. After moulding all the parts are passed to a cooling station for cooling purpose. Finally, at unloading station, the ready parts are taken out.
After the loose parts are manufactured they are assembled in a complete set and fitted with each other to form the handy glass cleaner with gun spray.
Method of use:-
Fill the water container (1) with plain water or soap water; spray a little amount of it on the glass to be cleaned. Clean the glass using the foam (3) provided. Use the rubber strip (4) on other side to wipe out the excess of water.
The present invention 'An improved PU foam glass cleaner with spray gun' has many advantages over the conventional methods. It provides an attractive and cost-effective method of cleaning window glasses, car glasses, etc. Some of its advantages are highlighted in the paragraphs that follow.
The present invention uses all best quality components. The device is much more sturdy and durable. Hence, it does not require any maintenance.
The main advantage of the device lies in the fact that it uses advanced gun spray. Because of this, the device provides user friendly operation. The gun spray has a long life. It does not get damaged very soon. The spray gun has wide spreading range. Hence, the net output obtained is also high.
-4-

Moreover, depending upon the density of dust to be cleaned, its flow can be controlled to meet the requirements.
The water container provided with the device can be easily taken out to fill water and can again be fitted in the device.
The present invention consists of PU foam and a rubber strip for cleaning. Hence the device provides thorough and effective cleaning. Moreover, since it is a handy device, it is very convenient to users.

I CLAIM
