Abstract | Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation comprising of Codcclnia Indica, Psidium Guajava, wherein the said Ingredients are cleaned, dried, pulverized, sieved, to obtain fine powder which Is mixed together and formed into tablets and a process for preparing anti Diabetic Herbal formulation by claiming the fresh unrlped fruits of Codcclnla Indica and Psldlum Guajava, Cutting Into small pieces and dehydrating/Drying the same, cleaning the leaves of Trlbulus terrestrls, Centella aslatiacT Aeglemarmelos, Hibiscus rosa sinensis and Solanum trllobatum and air drying the same,cleanlng the leaves and flowers of Cassia auriculata and drying the same, cleaning the seeds of Trlgonella foenumgraecum germinating the same for almost 24 hours and drying the same, cleanIng the seeds of Termlnalla bellerlca and Syzyglumjambolanum and drying the same, cleanIng the roots of Glycyrrhlza glabra and Wlthanla somnifera and drying the same, cleaning the barks of Termlnalla arjuna and drying the same, cleaning the riped fruits of Phyllanthus embelica and drying the same, drying/frying/baking the seeds of Macrotyloma unlflorum and removing the seed coats, Pulverizing the above said dryed ingredients and sieving preferably with 100 micro mesh to obtain fine powder, mixing the powder of above said Ingredients and forming tablets. |
Full Text | This invention relates to an Anti Diabetic Herba! Form J e process of preparing the same. More particularly this invention relates to Anti Diab i H mulation which is used in significantly anti diabetic health care the blood glucose levels, In addition to lowering the lipid level:;; na am at the same time which is a non toxic formulation. d glucose from this In the present age of stressful life the problem of dte! level is increasing day by day and every 5th person disease. Further the disease is common in all age group i.e., the yo : generation Is also suffering with this problem. If this problem is not ?r y s iy taken are of, it will result into serious problem of kidney, heart and ether vital organs of the body. There are a large number of anti-diabetic medicine which are toxic thereby causing side effects and are always not very effective, The main object of this invention Is to provide anti diabetic herbal formulation, which Is quite effective in reducing the biood glucose level and is non-toxic and hereby having no side effects. Another object of this invention is to provide anti diabetic herbal formulation which while reducing the blood glucose levels significantly also results In lowering the lipid level in blood plasma. Accordingly, this Invention provides: Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation comprising of Codcclnla Indica, Psidlum Guajava, wherein the said ingredients are cleaned, dried, pulverized, sieved, to obtain fine powder which is mixed together and formed into tablets. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation wherein Use said Tribulus terrestris, Centella asiatica, Aegle marmeios, Hibiscus rosa sinensis and Solanum trilobatum are In the form of leaves. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation wherein the One powder of each ingredient is made individually/separately and then mixed together to form the tablet of desired sizes. An AntI Diabetic Herbal Formulation wherein all the ingredlents are dryed separately and mixed for pulverized together forming fine powder of all Ingredients and them forming tablets of desired size. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation wherein the said Cassia auiraiiata is in the form of leaves and flowers. The process of preparing anti diabetic herbal formulation according to this invention comprises the following steps. I. Claiming the fresh unrlped fruits of Codccinia Indica and Psldlum Guajava, cutting Into small pieces and dehydrating/Drying the same. ti. Cleaning the leaves of Trlbulus terrestris, Centella asiatica, Aeglemarmelos, Hibiscus rosa sinensis and Solanum triiobatum and air drying the same. ill. Clealnlng the leaves and flowers of Cassia aurlculata and drying the same. iv. Cleaning the seeds of Trigonella foenumgraecum germinating the same for almost 24 hours and drying the same. v. Cleaning the seeds of Terminalia belierica and Syzygiurn jambolanum and drying the same. vi. Cleaning the roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra and Withania So \: v nd drying the same, vll. Cleaning the barks of Terminaila arjuna and drying in Vlii. Cleaning the rlped fruits of Phylianthus embellca and drying le. ix. Drying/frying/baking the seeds of Macrotyicma ^ ;i nd removing the seed coats. x. Pulverizing the above said dryed ingredients and sievi:k« p; bty with 100 micro mesh to obtain fine powder. xi. Mixing the powder of above said ingredients and forming i b! All the dryed Ingredients may be pulverized indivica ;i / ely or together. The table below gives the Information of Anti Diabetic Potency of anti diabetic herbal formulation of this invention with three different samples. DIA-HEALTH (DH 68%), DIA-CARE (DC-30%) and DIA-FITE (DP 24%) The fig 1 of this drawing accompanying this specification illustrates by bar diagram the comparison of anti diabetic potency of the above said three samples of the anti diabetic herbal formulation. The table two below gives the effect of antl diabetic herbal f: a; : ; ; ?f this invention (DH Dia health 68%) on blood plasma glucose. The figure 2 of the drawing accompanying this specification illustrates by chart diagram the effect of antl diabetic herbal formulation (Dia Health 68% on blood plasma glucose). The above description and examples are given for understanding the invention rather than to limit its scope. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation as claimed in claim 6 wherein the said Termlnalla bellerica and Syzyglum Jambolanurn are in the form of seeds. 9. An Anti Diabetic herbal Formulation as claimed in claim i wherein the said Glycyrrhlza glabra and Withania Somnifera are in the form of roots. 10. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said Terminalla arjuna are in the form of barks. 11. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said Phyllanthus embelica is in the for of riped fruits. 12. An Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation as claimed in claim i wherein the said Macrotyloma uniflorum is in the form of seeds dried/fried/baked and seed coates removed. 13. An Anti Diabetic herbal Formulation as claimed"in claim 1 /herein the fine of the said ingredients is of 100 mesh size. A process of preparing Anti Diabetic Herbal Formulation as claimed in claim 1 to 16 comprising the following steps. Cleaning the leaves of Tribulus terrestris, Centella asiatiac, Aeglemarmelos, Hibiscus rosa sinensis and Solanum trilobatum and air drying the same. Cleaning the leaves and flowers of Cassia auriculata and drying the same. Cleaning the seeds of Trigonella foenumgraecum cr;ii]>lr a; g the same for almost 24 hours and drying the same. v.
