Title of Invention

A MOBILE SERVICE WORKSTATION

Abstract The full container which includes the at least 2 chambers acts as one single unit, submitting itself to easy mobility, compactness and saving of cost. In short the chambers and containers can be so created that the chambers are integral parts of the containers themselves. These containers can be standard 20 or 40 feet containers easily exportable, easily mounted on truck chasis. These can also be built-up on truck or such other vehicle as a part of its body. The size and design can be to suit site and customer specific needs. The whole system of multi-chamber workshop can be built into a standard 20/40 feet container or such other convenient size. The same system can be used for containerised cabins also where the working chamber does not house service tools as mentioned above but only an office or planning chamber with tables, computers, chairs, etc.,

FORM 2. -1-
THE PATENTACT-1970(39 OF 1970) AND THE PATENT RULES 2003
PROVISIONAL (SEE SECTION 10,RULE13)
Generally machines Such as power Generators, Compressors, Electric motors etc. used in construction sites, infrastructure development places are either in open execution or enclosed individually.
These enclosures may have various features like absorbing sound, heat, noise etc., etc.
There are also containerized service workshops that include at least some of following machineries:-
Lathe Machine compressors, diesel generators, Pneumatic torque wrench, Pneumatic grease pump, Pneumatic oil pump, Pneumatic grease gun, Pneumatic diaphragm pump, Overhead hose reels, other Pneumatic hand tools, Pneumatic tyre filing, Portable welding machine, Lathe machine - Bench drilling machine, Bench grinding machine, Vehicle washer pump, Portable grinding machine, Hand drilling machine. Miscellaneous items such as light & fan, Portable Cutting Machine, Bench Vice - Hand Tools, Cupboard / rack- workshop tools, Hand operated hydro test pump, working table -Overhead crane etc. etc.
These containers/cabins then become noisy (or) and hot inside and are not very conducive to work.
1 propose a containerized workshop that is partitioned into at least
2 separate chambers.
To keep the generally noise, heat and vibration causing machinery inside at least one separate chamber (Chamber I - A, B etc.) These machineries include diesel engine (noise, heat and vibration

-2-
causing), air compressor (noise, heat and vibration causing) Alternator, reciprocating pump (noise and vibration causing) etc.
Even use of market available container enclosed Diesel Gen-sets or compressor is not very helpful. As they give out heat and some sound which gets trapped in the working area, occupy much more space than those in open execution. In a multi
chamber design the diesel Generator compressors etc. are actually in open execution (submitting themselves to easy serviceability). They are themselves kept in the separate chamber(s). But due to the vibration, heat and sound isolation treatment given, the same is either suppressed in the chamber itself or released skillfully into the outside without disturbing the people around.
Other equipments like Pneumatic torque wrench, Pneumatic grease pump, Pneumatic oil pump, Pneumatic grease gun, Pneumatic diaphragm pump, Overhead hose reels, other Pneumatic hand tools, Pneumatic tyre filing, Portable welding machine, Lathe machine - Bench drilling machine, Bench grinding machine, Vehicle washer pump, Portable grinding machine, Hand drilling machine. Miscellaneous items such as light & fan, Portable cutting machine, Bench vice-hand tools, Cupboard/rack, *Workshop tools, Hand operated hydro test pump, Working table, Overhead crane, which are dependent on the former are installed in at least one other chamber (Chamber II - A, B etc.) called Working chamber(s).
Equipment of the working chamber(s) do not all need to be used continuously for e.g. at a particular time lathe may be used but grinder may not, drilling machine may be running when the pneumatic grease pump may be idle etc. etc.

-3-
But the Compressor, engine and alternator need to run more frequently than above as they are suppliers of the necessary power or compressed air to the equipment of the working chamber.
We have thus identified those equipment which have to run more often and are also more noise, heat and vibration causing than others.
These are put in at least one separate chamber (Chamber I - A, B
etc.).
In the Chamber I one can use the mechanism of a multioutput
single input drive or multiinput multioutput drive. Wherein only one
prime mover is made to run the more than one driven equipment
alternately or simultaneously. Thus saving space & the cost of at
least one prime mover. So a single diesel engine now runs the
alternator and or the compressor and or the water pump.
The chambers are separated by a noise, heat and vibration
isolating partition wherever required.
The said partition(s) may / may not have at least one suitably designed door(s).
In fact entire Chamber I - A, B etc. can be suitably treated so that its heat, vibration and sound do not disturb the surrounding and people working in Chamber II - A, B etc. etc.,
Thus one has advantages such as reduced cost, as only a portion of the entire container is to be treated specially and not full container.
People in the other chamber(s) are free from the noise, heat etc., Other chamber(s) can have Air conditioner etc to keep them cool. Other chambers(s) are less noisy.

-4-
Thus noise, temperature, vibration, etc., in the working chambers (Chamber II - A, B etc.) can be easily controlled.
The full container which includes the at least 2 chambers acts as one single unit, submitting itself to easy mobility, compactness and saving of cost.
